GOOD PRODUCT. WORKS WELL
This is a really nice product. Easy to use. ( Read and Keep the few pages of Instruction manual ) . My puppy things this is some kind of holy shire and sleeps facing it all the time.One suggestion for the product design team: Occasional user would like to turn off and turn on, while keeping only the real-time clock running.

A 3am feeding should be set as 3:00, 3pm as 15:00 and so on. 6 feedings of 1 portion each comes out to the recommended 1/4 cup per day for an adult cat. REMEMBER: cats need wet food in their diets to stay healthy and avoid urinary blockages (1 can per day). This feeder will save you time on all other dry feedings. The bowls are close together, so I had to tape a piece of cardboard in between them to prevent my cats from hissing at each other while they eat. (I wish the designer had accounted for this, but luckily this cheap fix saved me from having to return the feeder completely!)I got this feeder to alleviate the havoc my cats wrought on my sleep schedule. I would say itâs helping, though my favorite part is that I can program it to feed them in the evenings so that Iâm not âin troubleâ if I need to stay late at work or have plans to go out. I also wish that the directions I included in my first paragraph had been written in the manual. Instead I had to figure this all out through trial and error. For that & the closeness of the bowls, 4/5 stars.

Perfect for my two cats
I got this to use for my two cats. We had moved into an apt and found out shortly after that it was infested with ants. Normally, I’d just leave a big bowl for them out but with the ants in the equation, I really couldn’t do that anymore, so I got this. Plus, one of my cats was over eating lol. This works perfectly to keep the ants out of their food (I did have to spray the area and leave ant traps out), keeps their food fresh, and dispenses exactly how much I want at the set meal times I’ve put. I like that you can add a voice message for meal time too; I do kind of wish it had a camera so I could see them eat, but that’s not the model I bought so for the price and function, this works perfectly.

Great product for a two-cays household
I have two cats and one is a very anxious eater. I used to have an automatic feeder with just one tray and that one cat will just dive in and the other one had to eat on the side. I bought this feeder and now both cats get equal amounts of food. It’s easy to program, easy to clean and I’ve been super happy with this purchase. Highly recommended.

Great product with minimal flaws
Iâve had this item for over a few months now and Iâm happy with it and the functionality is great and easy to setup, how ever if there is one minor problem when the feeder is set on anything above level 12 the food gets stuck or jammed up because it doesnât have the space to move in the food dish, so a suggestion would to make the food dishes a little bit bigger. Other that that I really think itâs an awesome buy and a price that is hard to beat.

I work at a cat shelter and set up 2 of these there, and after realizing how easy it was, I ended up ordering one for home to try and help stop my kitten from eating all her sisters food. They work seamlessly, easy to set up and program. Fairly easy to take all apart and clean. I was confused about the tiny magnetic balls when you take out the bottom pieces to deep clean, couldnât find anything telling me what they were there for lol. It is so nice not having to hand feed them multiple portions a day. I would recommend!

Decently easy to program, portions are perfect and haven’t had a problem yet. A tiny bit loud dispensing, but the cats never miss it ! Holds a bunch of food as well, and my one cat trys so hard to knock it over but is unsuccessful.

It’s been great. Have had it for a couple years. Still works well. Portion control at certain intervals. Don’t have to think about feeding them, just have to keep the container full. Can put batteries in the bottom so if the power goes out it still works. Perfect for two cats.

I like to setup a schedule and just come back when I know food is out, a month after give or take a few days. This thing will just jam when more than a few days work of food is in the storage. It worked OK for the first few weeks then more and more jams. If I could return it I would.

The reservoir is easy to clean and pets wouldn’t be able access the kibble even if the whole thing was knocked over. Quite easy to use, feeds our 2 cats just fine.
