    My laptop works now!!!
    The install went smooth. I ended up using the I fixit guide and the parts provided in this kit were adequate. the only thing I would recommend is getting a longer pry tool. As for the display I am completely satisfied with its condition quality and performance. This is a great diy solution for anyone with a MacBook and I highly recommend trying it out!

    Screen works but I ordered rose gold and they sent me silver
    When I ordered this product it clearly said that the color I ordered was rose gold however I ended up with a silver one instead. I needed my laptop to work again quickly so I installed it anyway and it worked. But now I have a Frankenlaptop. I guess that’s what cases are for. Brightness does not seem as high even at the highest setting. Overall good functioning product with easy instructions and tools included. Recommend having a partner help you.

    Screen comes with a black line.
    Installatation was easy, took me 40 minutes, all the tools were provided, however Torx 8 screwdriver start spinning and can’t unscrew the screen bolts. I had to go and buy a set of Torx to remove that. Everything was fine until I turned on the screen and it came with a black line. Disappointed.

    Awesome replacement screen
    Screen came next day. Very easy instructions. Finished in about 30 minutes. I laid out a piece of large white paper to work on so I could easily see the small screws. i also placed them on an piece of printer paper to match the location on the computer. Made reinstall very easy. I’ve never done one before. Thanks for the great product!

    Don’t Hesitate!
    The replacement screen works, and I am super excited to have my computer working again! I had a little blip with my screen, but customer service was quick and helpful. I am not a computer expert, so I was surprised that it was not difficult to replace the screen. This is a huge savings over the 499.00 screen replacement cost Apple quoted. If you are hesitating like I was, don’t!

    Excellent Replacement Display
    The screen was in great condition. Color was accurate. No cracks or black lines, no issue with brightness or anything. Comes with all the tools you need, and an instruction manual breaking it down step by step. I did have to purchase my own T8 Torx screwdriver though. The one it came with, the handle was loose so instead of loosening the screw, the handle would just spin.
