Works great!
I was skeptical at first cuz we know how these things go when it comes to electronics and pairing up a remote. Of course it doesn’t say you need AAA batteries – luckily I had some on hand, after that there was no need to pair, it found my Toshiba TV right away.

I was looking for a replacement remote and I came across this one. I couldâve been one and 100 that didnât work. I was hoping for it to work really bad. Hopefully the next one I get functions properly to be specific have problems with the volume key, sometimes it works sometimes it doesnât And everything is paired properly

I tried a replacement remote (that Amazon recommended as working for my tv model), but the first remote didn’t work. Back it went, as it was a bit pricey for a remote control.Then I picked the next name-brand remote to buy (at more than twice this remote’s price), and that remote ultimately did work after a lot of work. I had to run through a lot of steps and use the phone app, as well as waste a lot of time in the process.This remote, however, paired immediately with the tv without any problems. So much easier. And it also costs significantly less than either of the name brand remotes that I previously purchased.

The remote works well. The buttons are responsive and work like my original remote for an Insignia TV i got from Best Buy. All the functions are present. No issues.

I lost the remote to an older Fire TV and tried several branded remotes without any luck. I decided to give this one a try as a last resort since it was compatible with earlier generation TVs. To my surprise, it worked amazingly well! I didnât have to do anything except point it at the TV. The TV wasnât even on, yet as soon as I pressed the power button, it powered up right away. Iâm thrilled with how easy and seamless it was to get it working!

Universal Remote
I got this for my parents who wanted a universal remote with voice control. The price was good for the quality and it arrived on time. The only thing I didnât like was that they still had to program it by selecting different buttons, it was not as easy as the description states you only need to point it to the tv and it should work. After many attempts it would not connect with their new tv I bought them but it did work on an older Vizio they had. Iâve bought universal remotes before that needed to be programmed being tech savvy it was easy but for those who struggle this would be very difficult. Every tv is different and maybe it would automatically connect. I wouldnât buy it again, but Itâs still a good remote with voice control and you canât beat the price.
