Easy setup, easy streaming!
Took a good while to arrive due to the holiday backup but so easy to set up! The streaming stick works on a 720p – 4K TV and is voice-activated so it pairs with any remote. Has great DOLBY sound also. We cut the cable cord and bought this and so glad we did! Thanks, Amazon for having it available. 🙂

Was easier than I thought, turns older tvs to smart tv’s
Bought it for my parents who got their like 75 inch or so tv back when 1080p had just started. I was worried about if it had a port or how hard this would be but everything went fine. Plugged it in, turned it on and up and running in minutes. Hardest part,.. it’s been 5 weeks on showing them how to control Netflix. We will move on to others later. I think It’s important to say this works great but it only adds apps to tv’s that don’t have apps. Sure there are some free channels but not so much more than any smart tv now a days comes with. You still have to pay for subscriptions to Netflix, Paramont +, Disney, etc.. I think it’s advertised a bit as the old satellite hack and it is not! (If you don’t know what that is then you probably, never mind.. but may god help you) but it is good at what it does do. Legit, stable, .. no magic, no layman genius work around the big corporations or receiving signals prior to billing crap like the good ole days, but good.

I bought the Roku Streaming Stick 4K a couple of weeks ago, and Iâm really impressed with its performance. The installation was extremely easy; I just plugged it into the HDMI port on my TV, and within minutes, it was set up. The interface is very user-friendly, which is a big plus if you’re not very tech-savvy. Navigating between apps and streaming services is quick and effortless.The best part is the picture quality. The 4K looks amazing on my compatible TV, and the support for HDR and Dolby Vision truly makes a difference. The colors are vibrant, and dark scenes are sharper and more detailed. Plus, the Dolby Atmos sound is fantastic, especially if you have a compatible soundbar.The remote control has a simple design, and the buttons are very intuitive. I bought 2 of these controllers as they do everything I want at a great price. Turn TV on/off, volume control, mute, voice control. Easy to install and works seamlessly with my tv’s. Very happy! Love Roku!

Love the product but wish Roku’s lasted longer
I have been a Roku user for years and my only complaint about them is that they die after about a year with the constant HDMI errors. This time I bought the streaming stick because I wasn’t paying another 100 for the ultra to get a year out of it and that is it. This is a great cheaper option that has 4K capability and is super easy to set up. Also, it doesn’t take any space which I love. I wish I could plug the ethernet cord into it rather than wifi but it’s cheap and it works well so I’ll just use the wifi. I truly do love their products, I just wished they lasted longer.

The Roku Streaming Stick 4K is so easy to set up. The user interface is well designed so you can find what you need. You can take the streaming stick somewhere else and plug it in the back of a TV to use your services at a location away from home. Roku associates your streaming accounts with your Roku account so you don’t have to go through the pain of repeatedly entering the information. I have 4 Rokus in use now, and I love them all. Some of my TVs are older and cannot be updated to the latest apps, but I am always up-to-date with my Rokus.

Better than Firestick
I initially used Firesticks on my tv’s then needed a couple of additional sticks choosing the Roku. Found the Roku remote studier and better made which you wouldn’t think makes much of a difference but it does bc you do handle them a lot, plus I have the Firestick to compare to. Also I it seems to have less lag (pausing) when loading or changing channels and easier setting up. Actually think made an old tv picture quality better as it has enhancers on it which was a huge added bonus. You can google more about this fact.

The HD 4K Streaming stick works wonderfully. The high resolution is a great advance over the last Roku device we had, which we purchased 5 years ago. We have access to almost all of the streaming programs available in the US and we live in Canada. The Roku is very fast and very reliable. Thanks to Amazon, we did not have to go to a store to purchase it, and it arrived one business day after I ordered it.

big tip netherlands is not yet supported content wise , choose the uk for the country as you get a much better choice of channels , germany has not a good collection of tv apps , no prime or disney + the uk has those . apart from having a good country you will need a vpn to watch bbc iplayer.

The Roku only works in US, Canada, UK, Ireland etc – not in India.
So in India, very limited functionality exists – cannot download most channels including Amazon Prime Video or Disney Plus.
The search function doesnât work in India.
Overall itâs barely functioning.
Do not buy – anything else would work better in India.

Yesterday, we had an internet outage (Airtel broadband in my area is awful).
What was surprising was that after the internet came back and we tried to use the Roku, it had logged itself out from the WiFi – had to log into the WiFi again.
And then upon opening Netflix, that was also logged outâ¦
Crazy – it seems the device resets its settings on Internet errors.
I can only imagine how painful it would be to keep logging in again and again every time the internet diesâ¦
Oh, and you canât return the thing.
