Worked great, zero issues
After dropping my stock controller in a river I needed a replacement controller. I was happy to find a cheap used one and very happy when it arrived to find minimal use, good condition, and no issues pairing it.

Original device. Connected and set up with my Mavic Air 2 quickly and without any problems, upgraded the remote controller to the latest version with no problems either. The only problem is that the remote arrived scratched, obviously doesn’t look like brand new.

It would have been helpful if the drone had been packed properly to prevent it from bouncing around in the box during transit. When I placed my order, I expected better packaging than just a cardboard box without any packing material. This is why I consider the packaging to be quite poor.Additionally, this is not a DJI Mini 2 as advertised. The imprinted writing on the back indicates it is a C5 model, which comes with a controller that is about ten years old.Furthermore, it will not pair or connect to the DJI Neo, nor is it able to update its firmware. I recommend avoiding this seller entirely.

Recently purchased a DJI drone with a smart controller so I didnât have the original controller found this one on here and very happy I did.. needed to have an extra original controller for my drone as I heard that it will go further with the original. It definitely does. Great sturdy material easy to use..

No issue with the product. Good comms and signal. I had to get it refurbished as it was cheaper that way for my mini 3 pro.My mini 3 pro already has the pro controller with in built screen but there is no way to install any 3rd party app other than dji fly on it.So I had to get this one to connect my phone and control the drone with a 3rd party app as my requirement.So far everything worked fine. Good purchase. No issues.
