Seems to be warm and my cat likes it
My cat got in herself in as soon as she saw it, I tested the heatind and seems to be working alright, I need it mostly for the nights because it’s getting a little cold here and she is kind of slim, and doesn’t like to sleep in the bed with us but in his little bed even if she is cold, I hope this gives her the heat she needs to have a comfortable night

Only for the bougie cats
I have barn cats and got this for them to stay warm in winter. Well as soon as I got it the biggest cat decided he was made for the sheets and not the streets. He started homesteading the hot cat cave and wasnât sharing like he was taught. So now I have 2 cat caves for 5 cats who now have it all because they love being in the barn and now they can be warm and cozy in their little caves.

Wish I had passed on this one.
I’m going to start by talking about heating capabilities – which is the whole point of spending the extra money. The listing says “Our heated cat bed indoor can set the temperature freely (increase 5â per level), provide 86-126â” But this is completely inaccurate. (I used a laser thermometer on the heat pad itself to test the heat output over many hours each day for 3 days.) The temperature actually stayed between 95° and 100° no matter what heat level I set it to or how many hours it was on. At that temperature I cannot feel any heat with my hand with the cushion in place. After having this a week now, neither of my two cats have gone in on their own. And when I’ve coaxed them in they leave immediately so I can’t say if they would like the small heat output.Onto everything else…The bed came vacuum sealed and compact – good for controlling shipping bulk – not so great for the shape and feel of the product. The padded cushion that the cat sits on was very deformed. Most of the padding ended up in one corner / area. After making it as even as I could, the cushion is quite thin. The cat’s body weight will flatten it in no time.There are 3 buttons.- the power button,- timer button (goes from 00 to 12 – 00 is the ‘always on’ setting),- an up/down button for “heat control” (goes from 1 to 9)The buttons are kind of loud when you push them, but that isn’t a problem for me.The cord is long, flexible, and covered with plastic so your cat won’t easily chew through it. Measurements of the bed are accurate.The smell that the bed had when I opened it dissipated by the next day.To sum it up – this is really nothing more than an expensive cat cave that won’t last due to the pitiful “heat pad” and thin cushion.As an Amazon Vine reviewer, I got this item for free, but I will have to pay taxes on the value amount, which is around 30%. Honestly, I wish I’d just purchased this so that I could return it. The 30% I’ll be taxed on isn’t worth it at all.

To much worry with heating pad
The bed is soft and perfect for my cats, and Iâve kept it outside on my covered porch for the strays I feed. However, the heating pad came with a long list of warnings about fire hazards and usage limits, so I decided not to use it with the bed. I do use the heating pad for myself sometimes since I feel more comfortable using it safely, but Iâm still disappointed I couldnât use it as intended for the cats. Honestly, Iâd rather have bought a cheaper bed without the heating pad, since I couldn’t even use it with the bed. It feels like I paid for something I couldnât fully use.
