Beautiful picture.
I love the tv. My only complaint about it is the flesh tones are not consistent from streaming to live OTA. Perhaps it is different for cable. It took many tweeks to get a good compromise.

VERY good picture quality. More like an OLED than a QLED. BUT the software is not as high of quality. The “alexa” interface does not work well, if at all. The Bixby is worse as multiple times when watching a show there will be someone saying something close enough to “hey Bixby” that the interface comes up in the show/movie and starts to act upon what it thought it heard. Adding apps to the homepage was not easy to understand, but got customer service help and got past that. Maybe with some software updates these can all be resolved to the point where the interface is equal to that of the picture quality

Love my new Samsung TV
Picture quality is amazing! Color is sharp and clear. It being a second hand refurbished TV, the quality of it looks new, I can’t even tell. I Had a scare when I first turned it on and the sound was not working. But as soon as I loaded up one of my streaming apps, MAX HBO, the sound started working after that ðª. The controller is amazing I love the simplicity of it. Easy to charge. It has a C USB port or you can put it in the sun. Your choice. Setup took 30-40 min real easy. Gaming on it is outstanding, I have a 65′ and am sitting 8 ft away from it on my bed, so it’s like I’m right in front of it. I had a 43″ and I use to have to sit on the foot of my bed to get the same experience. 5 star ð I’m glad I went with this TV

The screen is too bright
The screen is too bright. It shows me shows I don’t have subscriptions for, wastes my time. Also the changer is very sensitive, so if it gets bumped it demands engagement.

Will not purchase a Samsung tv again
TV worked great for a month then the screen dimmed to a point where it is unwatchable. It will go back to normal, sometimes for 5 minutes sometimes for a week but then back to being unwatchable. Went through numerous calls with Samsung to try to fix the issue. Finally was told a replacement will be sent out but had to wait 10-15 business days. Didnât have an issue with that as I thought the problem was resolved. Waited the time I was told, heard nothing. Contacted Samsung again only to be told that it would be another 10-15 business days before the tv could be delivered. Still not an issue. Well, those 15 business days go by and I get a text asking for my receipt as the replacement canât be shipped and I will be getting a refund but not for what my receipt says. So I have been unable to use the tv for over a month and I am having to wait another 10-15 business days before I can get a refund but not for what I actually paid. Will be moving on to another brand

Dirty screen effects
Itâs a nice tv and is very promising, but the sound is worse than my 55 inch A series neo qled.It also has like 20 âdirty screen effectâ spects right in the middle couple of feet of the screen. Most ppl will never notice. Especially from a distance. But most ppl also donât pay $2200 for a new tv. At that price I expect better. At least I havenât found any dead pixels yet.
