Good Picture Quality
First of all I need to say that I have not bought a TV for about 21 years. I had an old Samsung TV that weighed a ton, was huge, and of course was not HD or Smart. It finally “bit the dust” as it was a real “work horse” and I had to look for another one. I had looked at this particular TV around Black Friday last year and thought about getting it when it was on sale, but my old TV was going strong then. So, this is a major different experience for me. I had a friend come and help me drag my old TV out to the porch to be taken to the dump and we got the new TV set up in about 15 minutes. However, I did have some trouble setting up my FIOS. I finally figured out that I could go online to Verizon and set it up online. I got everything done except I could not figure out how to set up the FIOS remote. So, I limped along the first night or two with two remotes. It took me about 10 minutes on the phone with Verizon (I had to wait until they were there as they now have shortened hours). The thing I really like are the colors and the definition from this TV. Not so much for just regular shows but I am a big fan of the British show “Escape to the Country.” This TV is amazing for a show that has so much beauty in the houses in places like Wales and the Cotswold’s. The flowers are so vibrant and the country is so green! This TV has really increased my enjoyment in TV.I have not done much with the SMART portion such as watching Prime videos, etc., but I probably will when I have some free time this summer. So, I am a happy person and I am really surprised about this because I honestly had no idea what I was missing. The 32 inch screen is just fine for me and the size of my front room where the TV is located. The cost of the TV (around $120-130 was great in my opinion). It is light weight and so it is so much more portable than what my old fashioned TV was. I would highly recommend this TV.

For a small office or bedroom FHD smart TV, take this and run!
I’m going to buy at least one more of these in the near term. Getting a 32″ Samsung smart TV for under $200 is real value for money. I was concerned at first that it’s a 2017 model, making it six years old on day one (I did purchase new). I know Full HD isn’t the best available, but it sure looks fine to me. And being manufactured six years ago means I get a remote that has a real number pad on it.We like Samsung quality, this one feels consistent with what we expect. We don’t want to put 60″+ TVs in bedrooms or the office, we have friends that are looking to give away almost new TVs of this size because it’s too much for their houses. There are cheaper brands that probably work fine for some at our size range, but they didn’t meet their own advertising. The Samsung does what it says it does.Setup was clunky, be patient. The four stars on the sound is not a slam. It sounds like a TV with two internal speakers, which it is. The speakers work fine, I can add a receiver and speakers if I want, but not in my office.

Excellent TV – with stupendous delivery!!!!
This 32 inch Smart TV is just right from my home office, and the picture quality is terrific, the volume is great. The remote is a tiny but slow, but it’s still the great multi-function Samung remote we are used to on all our other tvs.The pre-installed smart features are way beyond our three other Samsung tvs, and in fact — maybe a little TOO smart! (The setup automatically installed my wifi info, and dictated the entire set up. I prefer to use wifi options only rarely in my office, and keep the Amazon Prime movies for the larger rooms.) Result is the tv guide, which we rely on, automatically includes hundreds of wifi options in it’s menu – so it’s a tad annoying….but not a big deal.My only wish is that this had a swivel mount, but that can be remedied, as well. So I do highly recommend this tv.However — the greatest detail of all is the DELIVERY!!! The local provider of this product was incredibly sensitive – they packed the tv box into a plain brown unlabelled outer box, with plenty of bubble wrap, to avoid any “porch pirates”, or potential rain damage. And – they delivered on the very first day of a 3-day window, which was a real surprise….and in doing so, he avoided a HUGE wind & rain event that hit suddenly, so we are extremely grateful. So major kudos to Electronic Express!!!! And – thanks also to Amazon!

Does not provide a Universal Remote control feature
Pros: The picture quality is very good, setup is somewhat intuitive, which is good because there’s no User Manual. It has the capability to connect to Netflix, Prime Video, and other services for which you have a membership. Volume is good, even though speakers are rear-facing.Cons: The one really big Con is that you need two remotes with this 2017 model, since it does not come with the Universal Remote feature. So, you can use the supplied remote to control Volume, picture settings, and Internet services. However, if you’re like me and you have a cable box, and that controls the TV channels, then you have to use that remote to change channels. I contacted Samsung support and they verified that this model does not provide the ability to have all functions in one ‘universal’ remote. If this is a problem for you, then you may want to look into a different TV. BTW, if anyone reading this review bought this TV and figured out how to get all these features on one remote, please indicate here for me and others to take advantage of.

If anyone is aware of the plight of buying a small HD TV, you’ll understand my gripe… and joy. It’s incredibly difficult to find an Smart HDTV (wireless and app enabled) these days for under $350. And on top of that the 28″ and 32″ TVs are going extinct. I happen to find a refurbished product through this seller and it was mint. The TV was perfect, it came with everything and worked out of the box. I had purchased this for a client’s condo and she loves it. Brand was important and this TV delivered on all fronts: Reputable brand, sub 32″, Smart HDTV, and easy to setup.

Las voces suenan robóticas. Tuve que comprar bocinas externas.
