I am incredibly impressed with this product! I feel so much safer.
For the very affordable price, this camera is unexpectedly amazing. I have never owned a security camera before. This seemed like a good, basic starter camera. It was easy to download the app and set the camera up. The app is intuitive, and I havenât run into any problems with it. The app itself seems very well designed.
The camera quality is very clear. Night vision is very good as wellâlast night it even notified me at 3 am when a raccoon walked across my yard. It wasnât even super close to the camera! I included a picture of the camera view during the day and at night.
I love that I get notified on my phone whenever it senses activity. There have been a few times where it sensed activity/recorded/notified me, but there wasnât actually anything going on in the video. However, this does not bother me, as I would rather the motion sensor be overly sensitive than not sensitive enough/miss things.
I didnât know you could even speak into the camera from your phoneâhonestly so cool!! I am so impressed with everything about this camera. It truly makes me feel more safe/secure. Especially because it notifies my phone when Iâm out of the house if there is any activity in the camera. So far, this product is a 10/10 for me, I would highly recommend it. I am considering buying a second one for my back door. This camera was everything I wanted in a security camera, plus even more extra features that I wasnât expecting (like speaking into phone to play on the camera speakers). I have no regrets about this camera so far. Although Iâve only had it set up for 4 days, so I canât speak on the longevity of the product. But as of now, I am super happy with my purchase.
Edit: About 2 months later, I felt the need to update my review with my current thoughts. I was really hoping that this camera would continue to work, and good newsâThis camera is still AMAZING. I actually still havenât had to charge it since I wrote my original review, which is sort of insane because itâs been constantly on ever since I purchased it. I am so impressed with the battery life. I literally donât have a single negative thing to say about this camera. It works so perfectly. I get notified on my phone the second something pops up on the camera. The app is great, and lets you go back and rewatch recorded events/download them to your phone. I havenât had any sort of glitches or problems with the app whatsoever. This has genuinely been one of the best purchases Iâve ever made on Amazon lol. The peace of mind it gives me is so wonderful. I would recommend this camera to anyone looking for a great security camera. 10/10 purchase
EDIT #2: It’s been 7 months since I purchased this. It still works just like it did when I bought it! I’m really impressed by this, as so many products out there start to break down over time. But not this one! (at least so far lol). This has been a good investment. The battery life is still great, the app still works well, the picture quality is still great, and I still feel safer because of it! I like it so much that I came back and made a second edit to my review. Lol.

Great, reliable product, battery lasts long
I purchased a few of these cameras for home security and they are extremely easy to set up and are reliable. The app is also super easy to manage. For the price I was worried theyâd be on the cheaper side but theyâre great; you can set up notifications, easily access them and the best part is the battery lasts a super long time, a couple of weeks before it needs a charge. In short, these are a great value and Iâm super glad I chose them rather than the pricier competitors

High quality and reliable
Purchased 2 of these a week in the battery still has 98% life. Easy to set up, can reverse the image in the app if you need to hang it upside down like I did. Good picture whether itâs day or night. Iâll probably pick up a couple more for other areas of yard.

A Good Camera For The Price
After spending far less money on a very similar camera that absolutely failed when I needed it the most, I found this one. I connected it to my router in less than two minutes. The app works well, is laid out for good navigation and the small user manual that came with the device was more than adequate for me to get the thing up and running. The video quality is really good. The way my house is set up, the detached garage (where I need the surveillance) is set kind of far away from the house, so I definitely needed my wi-fi booster to connect. Once I found the sweet spot for the angle I need, it worked like a champ. I really like that this has an SD card slot, which is great for storage.
I will say that the battery life claim is pretty laughable. I got five days out of the initial charge, but it might depend on how often the camera is triggered. Still, I think that’s decent.
If you just need a simple surveillance system that tells you what’s going on, this is a good buy that I definitely recommend since it’s quick and easy to set up.

Few months of use, overall a really solid wireless camera that works well without a subscription
Edit: 06/04/24
Decided to try out the basic plan for a month out of curiosity. I’m likely going to go back to the free plan as it doesn’t seem to add much value, but wanted to highlight a couple of cool features that I’m seeing from that
The app has a couple of different plans that you can go with from a gen 2 AI plan to basic, to their previous premium plan, so I’m simply doing the basic plan.
It’s pretty good at being able to detect people. It’s also really nice in terms of being able to add tags to notifications of what you actually want to get notified about vs things you simply don’t care about
It seems bad though at detecting packages at ground level (so think on the same level) I got a notification for it one time, but haven’t really seen it for any other time I’ve had packages delivered. If my camera was facing above, I don’t think this would be a problem
Otherwise, I don’t really see the feature as being too useful at least in my case outside of getting rid of annoying things that happen in general with this camera’s notification setup that I’ve mentioned before. The battery life is still superb and does go a really long time without needing a charge where sometimes I’ll even forget about it. The reason why notifications matter is that when the camera is sending you data to the cloud or locally, it drains more battery out of the camera to do this action, which is why when your on the free plan this can be a problem as it can active by leaves blowing by it, so some days I’ll have the camera actually go to sleep to prevent notification spam.
Wanted to wait a couple of months of actual use to see how the product works without buying a subscription for it.
Overall at least for my use case I think that this was a really solid purchase, given that I grabbed it on sale for $20 dollars during black friday holidays.
Without subscription
– I can purchase a SD card separately to save recordings to a physical device that does not capture my data onto the cloud
– I get night vision mode on the camera to view stuff at night if I wanted too
– 1080p is actually really solid in my opinion for quality. People overhype 4k; the image is good enough at 1080p, but if you wanted the best quality I’d personally recommend going with 2k. Images beyond 2k will start to have diminishing returns, as the human eye doesn’t see much of a difference past 2k.
– When people show up at my door I get notifications around 5 seconds of the interaction. This is fine for my use case, but I’d recommend looking elsewhere if that delay is not good enough for your case
– I can live view my camera feed to see in real time what’s going on.
– On an uncharged camera in a resident that gets low volume of traffic (think the occasional delivery man visit, food delivery person coming once a day), I was able to get the camera to last a full month and a half on a 50% charge. What will absolutely kill your battery however is the weather. On non subscription mode, since you don’t have the ability to tell it to only notify you of human detection, it will go off on any motion thats on the camera. Windy weather will trigger this the most, however on these days I simply turn off my camera feed, but should be something to be aware of if you go the no subscription route
– I can set alarms on the camera to go off I wanted
– I can talk through the camera on a live feed, and also get the audio back as well
You can get this camera with a subscription to add in Intelligent features that will mainly affect it’s notification for motion. I would consider this option if you want to place the camera in a high traffic area like the front of your house of a busy culdesac or you don’t want to deal with notifications from the weather.
I don’t really recommend putting this in your home, primarily because even with an SD card it seems to still upload recordings to the cloud. If privacy is a concern, I personally don’t recommend the camera

At this price point, works just fine. Only problem is that is the WIFI requires 2.4 GHz instead of the 5 GHz. Not sure why it’s like this. The camera cant transmit on the 5 GHz.
