Did not work on our Anxious Aussie
We have a super anxious Aussie and we were hopeful this would alleviate a little of his anxiety, but after wearing for a few days, there was absolutely no change. We ended up returning it. We have the same item for one our cats and it works amazingly well. Bummed this didnât work for our Aussie. It was super easy to use-has a slight smell, but not off-putting.

Each pet is different in how they react or respond. Our pet truly loves it.
It truly works very well for our dog. He recognizes it when it is time to change it. While I am adjusting the collar, he tries to put his head in the new collar. They last a little over three months for our golden retriever. We can tell when it is time as his anxiety starts to increase. We have tried other calming tricks, oils, etc. Sure each pet is different in how they react or respond. For our dog he truly loves it when we get a new one for him. We hope this is helpful!!!… Our vet said he can see how it has helped him. Good value, great scent, but most of all, it has worked!

Didn’t help my beagle
My beagle managed to get the collar off and chew it up the same day I put it on her. I was home with her the first few hours and she didn’t like it and just kept scratching at it to get it off. It wasn’t too tight, she just didn’t like it and it certainly did not have a calming effect on her. We had tried the Adaptil one for a month and it didn’t calm her either, so it could just be our dog. The scent on this one was also too strong in my opinion.

Actually works, but only about 20%
I have a very anxious two dogs. I’d like to start this by saying, I know ahead of time, this would not change their behavior 100%.Smell: Nice pleasant kind of baby powdery smell.Look: It looks like a plastic collar. Its not the most attractive thing, but they’re not show dogs.Effective: This in combo with the treats calms them about 20%. I don’t think that’s terrible for an over the counter product.Fit: Easy to fit to the size you need, and to trim off the excess.Overall: I do have a subscription for these. I think 20% is good, and its worth using them. 4 stars only because I wish they were slightly more effective.

Good idea, poorly produced
I bought this for my 16 year old dog who mostly sleeps but has anxiety issues. I got 3 of the cat version for my cats at the same time. Unfortunately the result was the same. The collar doesn’t have any way to secure it on the animal. Having it designed to breakaway if needed is fine, but these collars come undone from simple scratching or licking. I was having to put the collars one the cats 4 or 5 times a day because they kept falling off and on the dog every morning. The dog was the only one not to completely lose the collar, and that’s because she mostly sedentary. The idea is sound but the product leaves much to be desired. I found a different brand with a similar concept, but that has a latch with an area that breaks away in emergencies, and the cost is similar, I’ll keep an eye out to see if Sentry makes improvements on this issue but until then my money is going elsewhere.

Calmed in four minutes
My pitbull is terrified of fireworks. Its the week after the fourth and randomly someone in the neighborhood will set of just one or two. I bought this collar in the hopes I wouldnât have to give him meds for just a short term incident. Two fireworks just went off and he ran to me trembling, panting, and whining. This usually lasts for about 20-30 minutes. I put the collar on him and within four minutes he was laying down on me, almost back to normal with just a bit of stressed breathing. Five minutes after that and heâs ASLEEP. Customer for life here!

Put this on as soon as delivered( Oct 1) and this is the result as of today! Clearly DID not work very disappointed! Not worth the money or effort

The dollar seems to be helping reduce our rigs anxiety. She loves the smell. Iâm scent sensitive do itâs a bit overwhelming at times.The 3 pack is a really good deal.

We have been using Sentry calming collars for years as we found them to really be effective at calming our anxious miniature schnauzer and labrador at times of stress. They make the dogs smell really nice too !

J’utilise se collier depuis maintenant 2 semaines mais sans résultat apparents.Je n’y ai vu aucun changement appart le fait qu’elle passe son temps à se gratter le cou.De mon coté j’ai beaucoup de difficulter à lui mettre. La petite anneau dans laquelle il faut passer le collier n’est pas tout à fait asser large. Puis pour finir, sa ne sens pas dutout la lavandd ou la camomille…sa sens le plastique cheap!Puisque je n’ai que des commentaires négatifs à se sujet et bien je pourrais en ajouter un positif! La couleur du collier lui va très bien ð
