I was on the fence about Smart Watches. Not now!Really love the features of this watch. Keeps my daily steps by default – had an app I had to start/stop on my phone – what a PITA that was. This is so much better! Shows me a lot more on the display face I’m using. Really love the info displays I can choose from.Very happy with my choice and highly recommend this watch.

Interesting Options, Long Battery, Somewhat Limited Functionality, limited swimming functionality
I tried this watch after my Galaxy Watch 4 stopped holding a charge for 48 hours. This watch with various ranges from 8-15 days between charges was well worth the test. While I’m active, I’m definitely not going 24/7. For the first charge, it lasted 8 days, with about 15% left, so it might have made a 9th, but I’m not so sure. If you’re really active, I could see this only lasting 7. A real couch potato might make the 15 days shown in a picture, but I find it very unlikely. For me, it seems like about 15% per day at a peak but usually a hair less.My primary exercise is swimming. 1,000 yards, in a 25 yard pool, broken up to 400 yards Breaststroke, 300 yards free style/Australian Crawl, 200 yards Backstroke, 100 yards Elementary Backstroke. The watch will give SWOLF, but of my 1,000 yards the three times swimming with the watch registered 750 to 875 yards. So, considering it missed between 15-25% of my swim, not so sure how accurate its statistics are.With the Galaxy Watch, I could see all my laps (it wasn’t perfect, either, but much closer than the SKG) that it recorded and the stroke. SKG uses VeryFit app, and the app just gives the stroke you did the most. If it will show what stroke was used for each lap, I can’t find it. The app will import some data into Samsung Health, but not swimming information as far as I can tell.When working out, at least when swimming, the screen is VERY limited. The Galaxy Watch would show heartrate, which was useful. The only way I’ve found to get heart rate or take your blood oxygen is to end the workout by holding the single button and re-starting the workout after you’ve checked your pulse and oxygen. Swiping the screen after activating has no effect nor have I found anyplace to touch to get anything other than a tiny bit of information about workout progress.The watch does give more abilities to monitor your health than the Galaxy Watch. It has blood oxygen (SpO2). Some documentation said it automatically monitors your blood oxygen when working out. Not when swimming (or at least it doesn’t record it in the workout, nor does it record it in the normal “here’s your blood oxygen” locations. So far, it has NEVER taken it on its own. The only history is when I’ve asked it to take it.Overall, for the price, a very attractive purchase. I think it looks good on my wrist, and while it does have some functionality limits, hopefully there will be an update to allow more usability with the watch. The long battery life is definitely a good thing!

Works well with my Motorola phone, I can answer my phone via my watch while driving. Gives good analysis of my sleep pattern & gives hint on how to get better sleep. The band is soft and comfortable.

Cheap and unreliable
I mainly bought this cheap watch not for its health apps but rather to be able to contact my iPhone for anytime I misplace it. And it can’t do it this. If I try to call my phone, an operator’s voice comes on and says to “enter my password, followed by the pound symbol”. And there’s obviously no place on the watch to enter a password, nor is there anywhere on the phone app or in the VeryFit app to fill in a password while the phone is vibrating (but no ringing). And I don’t even know what password they’re looking for. So that’s a no can do. And I tried their button on the watch to have my phone make a noise, and that quickly fails – if you’re lucky it will work once but if you wait a few minutes and try it again it will totally fail, will only vibrate the phone, not have it make any noise. And sometimes I see it won’t even make a noise once, just completely unreliable. And their support is miserable – they give some precanned answers to some precanned questions and you are out of luck if they don’t cover your issue, like they didn’t with mine. So I really regret buying this piece of junk, regret spending the several hours trying to make it work right, and regret waiting til after the deadline for returning it before finding out just how bad it is.

Good starter watch for price
This watch which has the feel and look of the popular Apple watch is a inexpensive smart watch that works with your smart phone and smart devices. I found the fit software intrusive. If your looking for constant reminders to stand and walk and drink water it great. It looses connectivity at a distance and not easily reconnected. It does warn against wearing in shower because of it health apps of pulse rate oxygen saturation and temperature. This is a very basic watch which is a good starter smartwatch fir the price.

The watch band gave me a rash.
I like the watch very much. The light on it is very nice to have. The clock alarm is great, I have alarms for every day of the week and some for special times. The stop watch and timer is very useful for me. (Like for cooking). The health monitoring is very helpful. Alexa is a nice touch but I don’t use it. The only thing I did not like was the watch band. The cheep rubber band it came with gave me a bad itching rash. I bought a nice leather band and now my rash is gone. This is a great watch for the money. I’ve only had it for a week so far so good.This watch is so nice I got one for my wife also in pink. She loves it. When I tried to write a review on hers, Amazon can’t find it so I’m reviewing it on my review. She loves the fact that it reports her daily activities and it has an alarm that is easy to hear. Alexa is nice too.2-21-24: I’ve had this watch for about a month now and I think it’s the best. Everything works like it should. It’s dependable, the alarm wakes me up every morning on half volume. The snooze alarm is nice to. It will let you snooze for 10min. The timer setting is great for cooking and helps you so you don’t forget the food on the stove. I wish I could have had one of these sooner. GREAT PRODUCT ð
