I really do not regret buying this. I like how light weight and roomy it is for my girl. She is rolling now and is definitely a belly sleeper. This allows her to roll and sleep comfortably. I like that her hands are covered so she doesn’t get cold.I just wish it had a dual zipper for diaper changes. Over all I feel like it’s a great product and I’m happy with it as a transitional swaddle

Works for us, no startle, great quality material
We wanted something that allowed more movement for baby for a margin of safety in case baby starts to roll back to front, but baby still has an active startle reflex and abandoning those tight fitting swaddles was an intimidating idea for loss of family sleep. This is it, baby can move arms, but does not startle. We tested without swaddle and other solutions and this is the only thing that I saw that allowed movement and prevented wake up after a startle. I was nervous buying this because of reviews of bad material quality, but manufacturing must have been improved because this is the second one I bought and both survived washes on delicate cycle without any damage and there is no pealing of pattens. I was worried about the neck hole being too small, but at least for our baby, who is average weight and above average height, there is no issue with comfort or airway restriction. The material, including around the neck, is plenty stretchy even if you don’t place baby perfectly in the swaddle, by our baby has not yet managed to work hands and arms through the neck hole when awake. I’m a very happy customer. This is well worth the money to me.

Really helps baby sleep, but not best quality and cons
Once our baby started to roll we knew we couldn’t let her use her trusty swaddles. She had a really hard time falling and staying asleep without a swaddle though. I found this product and it is a really great solution that’s safe for her to roll in, but helps her still feel somewhat contained.My cons are that it is pricey and the quality doesn’t feel worth the price (we’ve had every big brand swaddle and this is by far the most expensive while equally being lowest quality). The second con is that it doesn’t zip from bottom separately, so if you need to check or change diaper you have to fully unzip. Lastly, there’s a big range for each size. This makes it baggy if baby is in the bottom of that size range. We got the separate belly band thing which does keep the fabric bulk out of her face (we worried it would cover her face while she was sleeping), but it’s annoying to have to buy a separate piece when she is in the correct size based on weight and this product is already quite expensive.

Had one with my first daughter and it was a life saver. Bought this one because my youngest and she’s slept sooooo well! Only thing is that it seems huge on her even thought I got the correct size !

When our little one was transitioning from unable to roll to rolling over and eventually standing this came in very handy! I originally got one from a second hand shop (6-12 month size) and thought it was too big. By the time our little one was standing in the crib, this product stopped them from being able to grip the rails of the crib, so they were only able to lie down. It was a rough first night, but by the third night, no more crying due to trying to stand, just sleep. When they grew out of that, I bought 2 more of the ones pictured above (one for daycare) and a third one last week so we have a spare. Our little one knows it’s bed time and nap time at daycare when this sleep sack goes on. They are even loose enough to fit a baby bag underneath (the type with arm holes) to keep baby warm at night without having to use a blanket. Would recommend to anyone with a wiggly baby.

My daughter will only sleep in these, keeps her hands protected so she doesn’t scratch. Lots of room so she never feels restricted. Fabric does pill after some wear so they should look into sourcing different fabric such as bamboo or something natural for the price you pay.

I only write reviews when I’m really passionate. Our baby girl is 16 weeks and has been showing interest in rolling. We’ve been trying to transition her out of the swaddle for like two weeks and I feel like we’ve tried all the suggestions. I’m so tired all the time she sleeps horribly every night. The zipadee zip was recommended by a coworker and my expectations could not have been lower. It felt like there was too much room for movement to possibly suppress our girl’s Moro reflex but I didn’t know what else to do so we got one. Her first nap in it was a little chaotic. She didn’t really seem to know what to do with the freedom and I was feeling justified in my apprehension. I hated it. By nap three, as soon as she was fully zipped in it she was so calm she actually put herself down from a completely awake state. I could cry it was so beautiful. Absolutely would recommend. That was wild.
