I am always amazed by todayâs high tech smart LED lightbulbs. They combine the enormous economy of power-saving LED technology with the breathtaking convenience of being able to fully control them right from my trusty iPhone or better yet, with simple voice commands after pairing them with Alexa.These vintage style Edison bulbs feature a beautiful classic style and they are super easy to setup and use⦠It literally took me about 3-minutes from opening the package to having Alexa turn them on, off, or control the brightness.Iâve created several simple Alexa routines which will control multiple lights to simulate the perfect ambiance for different activities. Bright lights but not easy to hook up
I have had a problem getting these bulbs to connect to my home wifi and to date cannot connect more than one of them at the same time. I also don’t like the size of the bulbs, I use these in my ceiling fan and they are larger than a regular light bulb taking up almost all the space in the glass globes on the fan. Once you can get the bulb to connect it does work with google home with no issues.

Flawless smart lights, easy integration, some tips
These lights work great and have a very pleasant color temperature. Setup and integration of these bulbs into my Google Home network was very easy. I did encounter some issues at first, but they turned out to entirely be the result of poor wifi signal in the location I was installing. If you have ANY issues along the way, suspect your wifi signal. You may want to try setting these up in a fixture that is close to your wifi router just to rule out any issues with the bulbs themselves. In my case, any issues I encountered were strictly due to wifi signal, which was resolved with a range extender.Once that was addressed, the lights connected (and stay connected) no issues. I’ve setup automations (timers, dimmers etc) using these lights with great results. I highly recommend these smart bulbs!

Really nice lights with easy setup
These lights set up super easy. They’re smart lights, but they don’t have all the multiple color options and things you see in a lot of the others. They’re basic, with just color temperature options and dimmability. But in places like an overhead light in a bedroom or bathroom, that’s really what you want! They took less than ten minutes to set up and hook into my Alexa, and that was just because I had to set my network to 2.4Ghz to connect.Great lights, at a great value. Highly recommend!

Great idea, poor implementation
These bulbs promise a great combination of retro style and smart features, like app control, voice commands, and scheduling. The setup is supposed to be straightforward via the CozyLife app, but despite multiple attempts, I was never able to connect them to the network let alone incorporate into my Google Home; I have almost 200 smart devices with dozens of different smart bulbs including other branded ones like these so its not unfamiliarity. Since the connection is essential for all the advertised features, theyâre basically useless as smart bulbs. Without functionality, the stylish design doesnât justify the purchase.

Disappointing Quality and Functionality
I received this 2-pack of Smart Wi-Fi LED Filament Bulbs with high hopes, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. On the positive side, the initial setup was relatively straightforward, and the app was easy to navigate once downloaded. However, I didnât like being forced to download an additional app just to set these up.What frustrated me more was that when integrating with Alexa, the process wasnât as seamless as I expected. Instead of simply adding a new device through Alexa, I had to use a specific Alexa skill, which added unnecessary steps and complexity. I prefer a more streamlined setup process.To make matters worse, of the two bulbs I received, only one worked. The other was completely non-functional, which was very disappointing. Also, the one working bulb initially came on very bright, which I liked, but after dimming it to a âwarmâ setting, it has never returned to its original brightness. No matter what I do, it stays dim, which is frustrating. Given these issues, I canât recommend this product, even though it had potential. Itâs just not worth the hassle when similar products offer a smoother experience and better reliability.
