Energizing
I am very hopeful with the results of these pills. I haven’t been taking these very long but instantly I’ve noticed I have much more energy. I am coupling this with clean eating and working out to see if I see a difference in my weight and metabolism. The pill itself is on the smaller side. Easy to swallow and doesn’t leave any after taste

Too soon to tell
I like the increased bioavailability they claim, so am giving the product a try. I make my own green tea extract in liquid which I prefer to capsules, just take so many as it is and would prefer to squirt this in water or drinks during the day. However if one capsule will so the same, it might be worth it. The price is pretty steep compared to other capsule supplements that advertise the same absorption, but proof is in the pudding. If it’s really better it’s worth it, just too soon to see any effect yet. I’m not sure how I feel about not being able to verify source, etc on the product, but that isn’t always possible on many things I use that turn out to be very good. Will update in another 30 days after more use.

Had to look up the difference between phytosome and extract…
And I found several studies on the GreenSelect phytosome, that purport it to be a much more absorbable form of green tea than the extract. These capsules contain 150 mg each of the green tea phytosome (and this product recommends two capsules per day), whereas many other green tea extracts contain around 1000 mg per dose. At first glance, this would seem to be a much lower dose, but upon further research, it does appear the phytosome is much more easily absorbed, and I did find it stated that it contains less than 0.1 mg of caffeine per dose. This product does not specifically state it is low caffeine or caffeine-free, but the GreenSelect phytosome it uses is, according to studies. Time will tell if this has any noticeable benefit, but the product looks good.

Green tea extract is the bomb!
I’m a big fan of green tea extract. Aside from caffeine, nothing else gives me the pep this does. This particular brand is like others I’ve tried, which is a good thing!

Green tea is supposed to help with so many health concerns, but I personally prefer to drink coffee, and unfortunately, dislike tea unless it’s loaded wirh sugar, which is obviosuly not a healthy way to consume it. I’ve tried to get into an unsweetened green tea habit anyways, but have not succeeded. So after seeing this green tea extract supplement in capsule form, I ordered it and have been taking the recommended dosage for about a week now. It is easy to swallow, and thankfully, is tasteless. Am hopeful that this will help in reaping the benefits of consuming green tea without having to actually taste it in the future.

Green Tea extract
Pros: The size is small enough that it does not make me gag as it is easier to swallow, there were no strange burps or heartburn, no jittery feeling like other green tea sources I have tried. I like that I can have the health benefits of green tea without the sugar content of having it from ready made grab and go teas. The founder Sean Gill’s story is interesting and I believe the company was genuinely started to help people holistically and isn’t just another fly by night money grab. The brand has a decent following on social media (31k on Instagram) with a lot of happy customers that have had good experiences. The brand also offers a multitude of other products if you have other needs.Cons: You have to take it twice a day per the directions, preferably with food. I intermittent fast with a time restricted eating window so this complicates my ability to take it twice a day with food several hours apart. Other than that I have zero issues. Honestly I did not reach out to their support to ask, so for all I know there could be something that can be done – as an introvert I just don’t have it in me haha.All in all it has been a good product for me so far and I would repurchase.

Green tea has many benefits, I want to try this for its metabolism and anti aging effects. I like that its formulated to be optimized for absorption. The bottle contains a 2 month supply.

Very good quality green tea supplement
This Green Tea supplement is very impressive. It’s vegan, GMO free and third party tested. I like that it does not have filler or extraneous ingredients. I found a study from the national library of medicine that investigated the efficacy of the active ingredient, which impressed me. The bottle I received has a best by date nearly 2 years from when I received it. The bottle contains a 60 day supply.
