They are very potent.
The taste when swallowing the pill is not good. But they work as advertised.

Helps with hormone balancing
I’m back for another bottle of this. Been taking it for years. It helps me with weight management and hormone balancing. However, to get them most out of it, I slightly crunch it between my teeth before washing it down with water. (Yes, it tastes beyond horrible! Bitter and nasty… but, it seems to help it work better. LOL!)

Health benefits
I’ve been taking this supplement for years now and will continue to do so, I used to drink a cup of green or black tea in the morning however sometimes I would get an upset stomach from it that never happens when I take this pill!!!

I no longer recommend Green Tea Extract to my patients
Several recent reports and studies have linked Green Tea Extract with liver damage. Therefore, I no longer recommend this for my patients. Drink 2 cups of green tea instead. My last shipment of Turmeric from Source Naturals was old and due to expire in 2 months.I didn’t catch this until I was half way through my 1st bottle, too late to return.Be sure to check the expiration date as soon as you receive your supplements.
