I can’t say for sure that taking this supplement did a whole lot for me, I just felt like I was doing myself some good by taking it. Maybe I felt a little more energized and clear-headed while taking it? Either way, I liked that there was zero taste to the capsules, clean and well packaged.

Excellent For Detox From Heavy Metals And Daily Energy Boost
I have had some issues with heavy metals which I need to gently remove from my body. I use chlorella to do that. This supplement has added support from spirulina.HOW THESE COMEThis is a sealed foil lined bag which has a zipper top on it.SIZEThese are average capsules filled with green powder.ANY ISSUES?I have not had any headaches, burping, digestive upsets, or other issues after taking these.DO THEY HELP?I do have added energy when taking these. As for the detox, well, that takes quite some time, so I can not comment on that. I can say that I feel a lot better when taking these than when I don’t. I seem to be more alert too.THE BOTTOM LINEThis is a great way to get a burst of energy and natural detox without side effects.MY RATINGFIVE STARS. This is what it says it is and so far has provided me the energy and lift that I expected from it. I will update if anything changes. I am going to try to get my husband to start taking this.

Good and fresh capsules, seem to be as good as other brands I’ve used.
I like that the Chlorella and Spirulina have natural vitamins, minerals and proteins that are more bio available and thus noticeable in their effects at low doses. I’m taking so many supplements because our source food supply from the grocery stores is extremely insufficient with respect to health and energy giving properties. We really need to address the food industry and the lack there in. Our health and longevity, vitality, and our thriving is important and we shouldn’t have to take supplements to know what we can really feel like.Not everyone can tolerate supplements like this at first, so start slow and act as though you could have a cleansing effect. Stomach ache, intestinal upset, gas, or even flu like symptoms. Take one capsule and see how you do. If you’ve been eating clean and healthy for a while and avoid toxins like sugar and smoke, alcohol, toxic work place, then you may not notice anything cleansing but will feel the freshness and the energy perhaps. It’s a supplement, in capsule form. If you like chlorella and spirulina and drink smoothies or other liquid drinks then the powder is a more economical way to add these to your diet.It’s a good value and seems to be a good product.5 stars

Body Cleansing Properties
So, I will firt start off by saying that I am very impressed with the packaging of this particular supplement. I think this is probably the first time I have actually received capsules in a packet like this instead of a plastic bottle. This, essentially, cuts down on materials and is a much more planet friendly option.I love that they mixed the spirulunia and chlorella together in this capsule form because both ingredients offer such amazing health benefits. I could go on and on about why you should take this but I will spare you this speech because you probably already know if you are considering purchasing this.My reason for taking these is because they have a natural cleansing effect on the body. I also notice that I have a significant decrease and over all body odor when consuming this. I think this is due to its natural detoxification properties. I notice a slight energy increase on the days I take these. I like to take these mid day when my energy is low. It is not a jittery sudden energy increase, more like a natural stable increase without a crash afterwards.

Convenient Capsules
I have been taking Chlorella and Spirulina for over 20 years. I usually buy the powdered versions and keep them in the freezer. Adding them to smoothies makes for a green drink, but not often the best flavor. I also just mix it with water and drink it. However as I have started taking turmeric and other supplements, I have found that this capsule version is very convenient. I can take all the supplements that I want without mixing all those flavors.This bulk bag at the recommended 2 capsules is a 4 month supply! I was sent 1 bag to review and I can say that I do like these. I prefer them to the tablet forms. I have transferred the contents of the bag into a used up supplement bottle as I don’t like unzipping and resealing the bag every morning. I have also tested these in a 14 day pill organizer and have found that the capsules seem to last and be fine for that long in an unsealed container. I am going to give this one 5 stars. I really do like them.
