Best protein powder ever!
I love this stuff! My doctor recommended it. I’m on a low histamine diet, and she says this formula seems to be working with her patients even though it has ingredients not allowed on the diet.I use Sprout Living original in my smoothies and oatmeal. It blends perfectly and easily. No lumps or bumps! The ingredients are high quality, and tastes great too. I love that it doesn’t overwhelm the other flavors in my smoothies. At 26 grams per serving, this powder is a staple in my daily diet to help me get enough protein.The cost is a bit high, but buying in bulk helps, and a subscription saves as well. Sprout Living is totally worth the money!

Helps boost my protein for the day
I bought this to increase by protein intake. It’s a little sweet (I tend not to eat sweet things, so I’m probably overly sensitive to sweetness) so I dilute it by adding lots of ice to my breakfast smoothie. Otherwise, I do like the taste and it keeps me full till early afternoon.

Good product but horrible packaging
Iâve been using this powder for years. I like the clean ingredients and the flavors. My family uses it every day in our smoothies. Unfortunately, their packaging is the worst. I just opened a brand new 5 lb bag this morning, and the sealing is already split from the bag. Now I have to pour 5 pounds of powder into smaller airtight containers, which takes time that I donât have and creates a powdery mess that I donât want to clean up. Iâve reached out to the company multiple times about this issue, but they never do anything. (Last time, they told me to use a chip clip! For a just-opened 5 lb bag!) Iâm officially done with Sprout Living.
