Delicious and Effective Ascorbic Acid Option
I have been buying and drinking Sufficient C for a couple of years now. My entire family drinks it – even my four year old. It is a great way to get your daily vitamin C intake in to boost your immune system. I also like that it has Bromelian in it, which is great if you are dealing with congestion or seasonal allergies since it can help reduce mucus and coughing.The flavor is like lemonade and tastes so good my four year old asks for it daily and my husband and I also look forward to drinking it.The only time we don’t use it is for high-dosing. If you are wanting to do super high doses of C, you’re better off getting a plain ascorbic acid since it doesn’t have anything added to it.

I realize that I spend a lot of money to drink vitamin c. But I will keep spending money on drinking this vitamin c. I have been taking this for over a year. It tastes so good. I waste so much money on pill form of vitamins that spending this much on vitamin c and I actually drink it is worth it to me. I am waiting for them to do a vitamin D next.
