Love it!
I’ve tried plenty of different brands of hemp hearts. This one is by far my favorite! They’re soft, fresh and have a great flavor. They’re great on cereal, yogurt and in smoothies. I like they have omega and protein value. On occasion there may be a tiny piece that’s harder than the others, which could be a piece of shell. Most other brands have a lot of hard bits. I highly recommend this bag of goodness.

I love adding this hemp to my oatmeal. The nuttiness is perfect. However, be aware! Too much of this product and you’ll be reading a lot… in the bathroom… because that is where you’ll end up after consumption of more than 2 tablespoons! So. Buy it because it’s really good for the body and it’s a great taste addition to oatmeal (or to sprinkle on salads).
