Wonderfully satisfied with this Algae!
I love this stuff.I started with an allergy test in the morning (1 tablet, waited all day, no ill effects), took 2 in the evening. ‘I felt it immediately, the way you feel when you get a lot of greens, and it only intensified the next 2-3 days. Pooping the next morning was very nice, and remains so. Now I crave it in the mornings, and am working toward balancing my macronutrient intake.Some more changes I have noticed:Sleeping better, waking up more alert (I sleep off normal hours, and always wake up groggy)I seem to be having fewer issues with asthmaSugar cravings are gone (but I am a bored eater, so I still eat it anyway, but it’s effects on me are stunted (sugar makes me euphoric))Alcohol seems to not affect me as much as it used to, I almost don’t want it (ditto for friendly grasses) con?I don’t seem to NEED my morning cup of coffee (though i work 2nd shift and drink it because it’s a break at work)My brain used to run in circles all the time, and I have found a new ability to focus, even on tedious tasksCons:My cat was uninterested in them———Take them with lots of water. I just have a teaspoon in the bag, and put 2 tsp (appx 22 tablets), and just swallow them with a huge drink, idk, taking pills has never been a problem for me, and these are pretty tiny. They aren’t unpleasant, so if you had to break it up into parts, all is well.Take them with food. I tried having just algae tablets for breakfast, and the effects were like that of eating a sweet potato, a fluffy stool.Recommended. Hooked. So glad I found this!
