Me Cats Love It
I got this to help my cats lose some weight as I normally leave the food out all day and they eat as they please. They both have been over eating. With this, I am able to schedule out when they eat and how much they eat and it’s been so helpful. They were not to thrilled about it at firs but they have both come to love it and run over when its meal time. The product its self is easy to set up and has a great app as well. Works wonderfully.

Was great till it wasn’t…
We have two cats and this feeder was absolutely perfect. It dispensed food equally in the two sides. Was easy to set up the schedule. It worked great until my first vacation with it…. the feeder was easily tiped over by the cats and was reporting it was feeding the whole time. Luckily the incident happened the day before my return so the cats didn’t go without food for more than a day. The cats have tipped the feeder about 6 more times since then and the last time when I tipped it back up, the feeder was broken. It continues to feed until it runs out of food now. I have only had the feeder for 4 months and now is useless….

Lifesaver for more than one cat
I have 3 cats. I got a single cat feeder before but they always fight for one pan. I was thinking to get two more. Luckily, I found this one. If you have more than one cat, this feeder will definitely save you money and space.All functions work as expected. Now I can feed my cats over my phone. The sync process is very straightforward. As soon as I downloaded the app and registered, it automatically found the feeder. The entire process takes only 5 mins. The assembling is also fairly easy.Buy it if you have more than one cat.

Working well, but no ‘low food’ notification
Third review: raising it back to 4 stars after getting a new unit from the manufacturer with the plug issue fixed. They modified it to work with a new, very sturdy plug. It still plugs in the bottom but I havenât had a single problem with it going offline because the plug and the connection are much more solid. Still one star off from perfect 5 stars, because of the issue with not being able to tell when the food is out or low, no notification and the food bin is opaque so canât see through. But, Iâm so relieved that it works and the old issue of going offline is solved.Second review: Am editing my review and lowering the rating. The model I got has a serious design flaw. The cord plugs in to the bottom of the feeder – underneath the thing – and itâs constantly coming loose, which means it stops working, and there is no notification from the app that says the feeder has gone offline. Itâs so frustrating! I wouldnât buy this one again and do not recommend it, unless they change the location of the plug in.First review: It was relatively easy to set up with my phone, it’s easy to control the feeding plan in the app, and I really like how the feeder itself is set up, easy to put together and take apart for cleaning, plus I like having the 2 eating bowls on opposite sides. I like the size of it, smaller footprint than the last couple I’ve had.My one big complaint with it is that there is no notification on the app when the food is low, so multiple times now they’ve had a feeding time with no food, because I didn’t realize it (they made sure I realized it as soon as I went into the kitchen!). I just recently noticed a tiny little blue dot at the very lowest part of the feeder that might flash when the food is low. Like most people, I don’t memorize the instructions for anything so I didn’t know to look for this. But it’s not a big enough complaint to not purchase it. Just one star off of five.

There’s good and bad
The quality is great. Everything works well. The steel bowls are much more sanitary than plastic. The steel bowls are easy to pull out and put in the dishwasher. The app is easy to use. It took about 5 minutes to connect and set up a feeding schedule.I love dual feeders that have food spouts on opposite sides of the tower part. Many dual feeders put the bowls together and split the food unevenly. Plus, my big cat will sit in the middle and eat both bowls.Downsides, the lid is a royal pain in the a$$, the bowls are too small and deep! The lid has 4 points to connect and then it twists to open or close. The directions on the top point to the direction to open or close, which is helpful. But, it’s very hard to get all 4 connection points to line up, and there’s nowhere good to hold onto the feeder base to twist the lid. I ended up using silicone pads to grip the tower part and twist the lid. Simple button latches would be a million times easier! Second issue, and this is a problem with so many cat food bowls of all kinds, the diameter is way too small and the bowls are too deep. I learned recently that cats get whisker fatigue from pulling back their whiskers when they lean into small bowls. I went through 6 automatic feeders before I landed on this one. Some were slightly better but still not good. I bought this one because I could remove the bowls entirely and the feeder is still stable. I placed mats, normally for going under pet bowls, and I let the food flow out directly onto the mats. This completely solved the issues of small deep bowls. Plus the kibble spreads out well, which makes it a slow feeder for my big cat who eats way too fast.The lid is still terrible, and I’m not using the bowls, but it’s the perfect feeder to work how I needed to with the changes! I’d LOVE if a company made something like this to help all cats!

Love this feeder – now our cats don’t wake us up at 4:30am! You can create a schedule to control how many times a day to feed, and how much to dispense at each feeding. You can also trigger a feeding remotely using an app – handy if you’re unexpectedly away from home. The hopper is a generous size – holds about a week’s worth for feeding our 2 cats twice a day. And the battery backup actually worked during a recent power outage! My only complaint is, the company is VERY slow to respond to inquiries.

Works properly. Easy to set up and navigate through the app. Though, the lid wasnât closing tight enough, and it was a deal breaker to me. My cat could open it and he kept going back to open it and steal food all day. I donât recommend if you have food motivated cats.

I really like that this has an app attached. Once you figure out how to use it, it is easy to change the frequency and amount of food being dispensed, or even to turn it off entirely. You can also share the feeder in your family so others can use it too. The feeder itself is nice and wide to make it simple to refill, and with two bowls is great for two cats, however, my cats tend to favour one side over the other, so it can build up. To make it even better, it would be great if the app could separate each side so you could top up the one that is lower. Overall, an excellent buy for my needs. It holds several days worth of food for my two cats and I can leave them for a night or two not worrying about them starving.
