The Surge Protector Outlet Extender is simple to use and feels and looks very sturdy. This should last years. It works great in a crowded space; when you don’t need a 3 or 6 foot cord taking up space or looking messy.The outlets are spaced so just about any size plug can go immediately next to another. There’s no wasting an empty outlet because one plug crowds another out. The USB ports charge fine, but don’t seem to be high speed.This outlet extender would also be great for travel. It’s compact and does the job. Exceeds my expectations.

Great for Saving Space, But Can Be Too Bulky
This surge protector outlet extender has been a real space-saver in my office. The rotating plug and 3-sided swivel design make it easy to adjust and fit into tight spots. Bought these to replace other extender/surge protectors I bought because they were slimmer and could rotate, making them fit better in tighter spaces. These add a nice bit of protection for my electronics without having to switch out to GFCI outlets everywhere. Very easy to install – just plug in, and if the light in the middle turns on, you’re good to go.One improvement I’d like to see is that you can lock the position of the rotating plug. Like others have said, if you laden it with enough weight, it will begin to rotate out of position. It’s not too big of an issue other than aesthetics rather than function in my opinion, so I won’t deduct a star for it.For the people saying their protectors died after X amount of time. That’s honestly probably because it did it’s job lol. These don’t have reset switches, so once it surges beyond its capacity, it’s dead. If you’re looking for reusable ones, this probably isn’t the one for you, and honestly not something I considered initially, but again, that’s not a knock against it because that decision was on me.Overall, it’s a cheap bit of protection for your valuable electronics. Ones with reset switches will probably last longer since their breakers will trip before it breaks, but this will do in a pinch.

nice for small spaces
I needed this for our RV. I needed to plug in multiple times without worrying about it shorting out. It fits well and serves my needs. We have several USBs for the clock and phones, as well as a humidifier in the regular plug. The surge protection makes me feel more comfortable.

Plug into this product
I purchased this outlet extender for my coffee center area. It was worth the purchase. It has helped so much. It works well. I am able to plug in ALL my coffee pots and I don’t have to worry about them shutting off. The best part is it will twist to the right or left depending on what I need. Great purchase!

I’ve only had this for about a week, but so far no issues. I like that it’s not super wide as I was able to make it fit into an outlet that I have behind a piece of furniture without having this piece of furniture stick out. Also helpful it comes with USB ports.

This very quickly replaced one I had where the plug ins were close and it was too tight to fit plugs in all the outlets. It can be turned right ot left, which is wonderful. The USB and Type C ports are very handy and actually work!My only dislike is that it doesn’t turn upside-down so I could use two in one wall outlet. But that did not stop me from buying several of these during Prime Days sale. And this gives me enough outlets that it doesn’t matter.Honestly, this is a fabulous product and I would buy it again when I need more. I highly recommend this product.

This is indeed a very convenient outlet extender! I use it behind the desk in my home office because I live in an older building with sparse outlets and I don’t like having extension cords and power bars sticking out everywhere. Now I can plug in multiple traditional as well as USB cords out of sight in the one outlet within reach of my desk. One of its best features is the fact that it’s on a swivel, so I can position it virtually any way I need. The only thing I find – and I would take off half a star if I could, though it’s certainly not worth axing a whole star – is that the extender doesn’t necessarily hold its position when you twist it up to jut out to the right or left (that is, it tends to droop downward a bit once you get some cords in there). Not a huge deal, just a bit annoying; I fixed it by sticking the back to the wall with a Command strip to make it stay. Overall, a highly functional extender that’s not prohibitively expensive!
