The Omni Swaddle Sack with Adjustable Wrap and specially-designed 1/2 length sleeves with mitten cuffs is the Ideal Swaddle. The ergonomic and convertible design supports more natural hand and arm positions and provides parents with more options when preparing baby for safe sleep. The design allows parents to swaddle with (1) arms up, (2) hands up, and (3) arms on chest under the wrap. The sleeves with mitten cuffs keep baby’s arms warm and parents do not need to dress baby in a bodysuit. Foldover mitten cuffs may be worn open or closed, parents can open the cuffs, so baby can self-soothe by sucking on hands or close the cuffs to protect baby from facial scratches. Many experts recommend parents to swaddle baby with hands within reach of mouth, so baby can self-soothe. Babies who can self-soothe sleep longer and better. When baby is swaddled with hands up or arms up, baby can self-soothe by sucking on hands. The ergonomic, patent pending design with 2-way zipper is easy to use. The adjustable wrap is narrow and does not interfere with baby’s hips and the soft hook-and-loop fasteners make it easy to swaddle baby. The 2-way zipper allows parents to unzip from the bottom to check baby’s diaper without unwrapping the swaddle. The 2-way zipper makes it easy to place baby in the sack by unzipping from the top. Small 6-14 lbs, 0-3m. When baby is over 3 months or baby shows signs of attempting to rollover, the AAP recommends that parents stop restraining baby’s arms with a swaddle or wrap. When baby outgrows swaddling, we recommend a SwaddleDesigns Transitional Swaddle Sack or a Sleeping Sack wearable blanket. Super soft, premium cotton knit is breathable, stretchy, and natural. Baby will love the softness. 100% Cotton. Machine wash. Tumble dry.

Versatile, warm, and cozy, a bit of room to grow
I liked how cozy and comfortable baby was in this swaddle. We used it quite a bit closer to newborn stage just to have something to wrap him in. We liked it so much, my mom gifted us a second blue one to add to the green one we got originally. Both colors are beautiful.
The little arms were very handy to let him sprawl out without getting cold or squirming out of a normal blanket. The velcro is very soft and easy to adjust to make him snug.
There is a small area just above the zipper and under the swaddle flap that gets exposed when he would kick and stretch the thing out. The flaps on the side always seemed a bit too high when wrapping them around his torso to leave his arms free, could never get it quite comfortably below his armpits. Breastfeeding was difficult using this because of how bulky it is. He did not make it to three months before he outgrew this thing though. By 2.5 months the sleeves would end at his elbows and his feet were tight against the bottom.
Sad he outgrew them so fast especially now that winter is upon us. This thing is super cute and easy to throw baby into. I would definitely recommend this product despite its flaws.

Love this swaddle!
This is one of my favorite swaddles thus far. My baby is currently just about 7 lbs and it fits great but also has room to grow. The way it is designed, I donât worry that it will come up over his face. He sleeps comfortably in it. The fabric is a nice quality and isnât overly thick or thin. It has faded well in the wash and didnât seem to shrink. The price is comparable and fair to other similar swaddles. The zipper and Velcro are well placed and have worked well so far.
There is a two way zipper for easy diaper changes. You can also just unzip the outer portion to let arms free during feeding but without taking the whole thing off if thatâs something you prefer to do (I find it helpful for burping) I plan to buy again.

Great for babies who like cross arm or arms up
Review for Cross-Arm Newborn Swaddle
The cross-arm newborn swaddle has been a game-changer for us. Unlike traditional swaddles, the design keeps my babyâs arms crossed over the chest, mimicking the natural fetal position. This seems to provide extra comfort and security, as my baby settles down quicker and stays asleep longer.
The material is soft, breathable, and gentle on my baby’s skin, making it suitable even in warmer weather. It’s also easy to use with clear instructions, and I like how snug it keeps my baby without being too tight.
One feature I appreciate is the Velcro fasteners; they hold the swaddle in place all night without shifting or coming undone. However, I wish the Velcro was quieter to avoid waking my baby during adjustments or diaper changes.
Overall, this cross-arm swaddle provides a comforting and secure environment for newborns and is a must-have for new parents looking to improve sleep routines.

Great transition swaddle
I love these swaddles! We have 4 of them, because we love the option to have baby’s hands partially free, which our little one prefers (hands were ALWAYS by their face in the womb ð). With the cuffed half sleeves, they don’t wake themselves up, even with their arms completely unswaddled. These swaddles are also soft and beautiful. With the option to open the sleeves and have baby’s arms fully free, they would have made a perfect transition swaddle for our little one, who is on track to be an early roller, if baby hadn’t already grown too long for these. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because I am disappointed that this design doesn’t come in a larger size for babies who are bigger than average, like mine.

Works great AND lasts!
Great swaddle! Easy to use, encourages healthy sleep, and with all the different wearing options you can use it for months! Weâve now used all the different wearing options as our baby has grown and each one has suited his needs.
ALSO love the fact that it has a double zipper! ð

Cozy, easy, transitional. Velcro gave out within a month.
Cozy, easy, transitional. Velcro gave out within a month. I can’t keep using it. The slightest push of arms and the swaddle comes undone now.
Some night the baby sleeps amazing in this and other nights not at all. The velcro, fabric, and arm positions help hold the pacifier in place sometimes until baby falls asleep and it falls out.

Baby prefers this to all others
This is the only swaddle my newborn doesn’t break out of, and she doesn’t want to, either! She much prefers that this swaddle allows her arms to cross over her chest (as opposed to being pinned at her sides). Super soft, easy to use. Yes, the sleeves are half-length, but we don’t use the mitten function, so it’s not a problem for us. I would definitely buy more of these as she grows. They wash well, too.

Great product
This kept my baby girl swaddled tightly after she started fighting her way out of the cloth swaddles. Also very easy to put on!

Baby always hated being swaddled. Would constantly kick and fight out of them, and resisted being wrapped up – it almost always took two people to swaddle. At 5 weeks baby officially rolled so we bought this to transition out of the swaddle since babys moro reflex was still really strong. Baby really enjoyed being in this. No more fighting going in or overnight, and better sleeps. We bought a second so we could have one in rotation if one got soiled overnight. We started with one arm up at a time, then both arms up, uncuffed since baby is a hand sucker. We just moved to a lightweight sleep sack at 2.5 months (10 weeks) since the weather is getting warmer.

These swaddles are an absolute must have for newborns. At first, I kept both arms in nice and tight. Now, my baby prefers one out. Very versitile. I love that they have built in mittens that can be folded down into normal sleeves, or pulled over hands. A two way zipper is ideal for nightime diaper changes. My baby stayed asleep most of the time. I found the ‘velcro’ to not get worn out or collect lint. Easy to wash. Always put mine on low heat setting to dry. Perfect for the startle reflex. A must have!

This thing has been fantastic for our fussy sleeper. After a month of little one waking up every time we let her go or hulking her way out of a swaddle blanket. This has finally given us some good sleeps. Very happy with this product.
