This pad is BIG!
This pad is about as big as a disposable pair of underwear and has no adhesive. However, I used it for my mom who has complete incontinence. Doesnât work with regular panties but works VERY well for her in an adult âdiaperâ cover. She is almost chairbound but walks a little. She wore it overnight and had no leaks, she wore it to the doctors today and had no leaks! So far so great!

The best for plus size women
I had been so desperate trying to find a pad that fit my big rumpus! Iâve wasted alot of money before I found these. I love them. Night or day, either one you will definitely be protected. I have to admit though, when I pulled one out of the bag my chin hit the floor!! Yes they are huge but so is my butt!! It took a few times until I learned the best way to place them but once you find the best way for yourself you have a winner. The only thing I would change about them is to add some sticky strips in the front and back. This is only to help hold them still while you pull up your underwear. ð¤£ð¤£ð¤£.

A bit bulky but better than going without. It’s great for people who may have to use a wheelchair â¿. With my condition paralyzed in my lower half I became incontinent and felt depressed but this product is so very helpful.

These pads are very big and perfect for nighttime. Absorbs vey well, comfortable and covers a large area.

Finally a solution
Amputee in wheelchair and have incontinence problems. Every night I’d wake up and have to get up and do laundry and remake the bed for over a year. I was exhausted. Trying several options and nothing worked. Until I bought these. The are absolutely the solution I needed for an uninterrupted sleep. Worth every penny they cost for me. Thanks.
