My family member no longer shuns leaving the nursing home.
I have a family member who is in a nursing home but who is still very lucid and proud. I visited her a while back and was saddened to see the “diapers” they use there. They were way too big for my thin family member and so bulky. She likes go out to eat or visit her grand kids with her son and other loved ones but she had been been shying away from going places because she was embarrassed that the diapers leaked and looked so obvious.I bought her a package of these TENA panties hoping they would be absorbent and not too bulky at the same time. They were the only adult diapers that actually fit her very small frame and didn’t gap or slide around. They were not bulky. I couldn’t tell she had one on under her dress or her pants. My family member is, for the most part, completely incontinent as far as urination goes. She does detect whens he has to have a bowel movement but the aids at the nursing home don’t always get there in time to help her to the toilet.These are really absorbent. All day absorbent. My family member told me that she has not had any leakage at all when wearing the TENAs that I got her and leakage was an everyday occurrence before. We took her out to lunch and she had a great time and was not worried about her appearance or leakage nor were we. It was great to have her back among us smiling and having a nice time. She is elderly but has a lot of life in her and something beyond her control should not stop her from enjoying every moment she can.I have since bought a few more packages of these diapers and left them at the nursing home. They don’t always use them but it’s more important when someone comes to take her out that she has these on. Leakage at the nursing home is not as embarrassing as it is when she is in a car or in public. She is very pleased with the fit, the comfort, and the absorbency of these and I will continue to pick her up some to have if only for her outings. They fit a woman who is about 117 pounds, 5’3″ tall but stretch to accommodate larger women as well. However, I would say that these run smaller than depends and WalMart’s own brand because my family member’s son bought her both brand at different times and they were baggy and gapped in the leg area leading to leaks. TENAs have been the only adult diaper that has not ever leaked at all even after many hours. If only these were a pretty color and not so clinical looking, they would be perfect! But they do the job and gave my family member her confidence and pride back!

“STYLISH” model is what u get, just change the ad pictures
TENA products gets 5*. This listing is misleading because it doesn’t state the model sent nor specify what level “HEAVY” absorbency. The pictures are very different what’s shown vs received.The Stylish model cuts BELOW bellybutton, but this product photo shows ABOVE bellybutton. Yes, bellybutton heights are diff btn people but picture implies a full brief cut not hipster cut.***That makes a difference if you’re 90+ old vs postpartum!!***Mom likes tighter Stylish (S/M 29-40″) but slimmer means harder to get feet in and pull up without some help or extra effort. It’s level 6 absorb. First time I’ve seen back marking on the inside of brief. It’s a tagless mark that Mom can easily see with poor vision or low light.The “Sensitive OVERNIGHT” is level 7 and S/M 32-42″ is easier to put on without help. Back side is identified by 2 sets of blue stripes at the top. Btw Sensitive listing has both under & over bellybut shots too, but specific details about product.99+yr old Mom is petite, 125lbs, shrunk to abt 4’10”. We like TENA cut/design, texture & great quality. The back labels/stripes are easier to see against white over beige. Another model, TENA ProSkin, was beige & stripes not clear enough for mom. I had to X each one.THICKER stripes better for ELDERLY to see, esp if they don’t have a caregiver to help. Mom can make out TENA stripes better than others but easier to see the Tagless Marking, like TENA Stylish has.I have zero association to Tena, but praise a quality product at reasonable prices in bulk! I was a rehab PT 1988-2018 in hospitals, adult day centers, skilled nursing facilities, home health. I now have searched & tested many more adult incontinence products than I ever expected to, but I love my Mom. Petite & pudgy can be challenging to fit. Maybe my searching might help someone else confused by so many choices!!!

I really like these pants for bladder leaks! they fit better than the regular Tena pants around the legs though they are not as soft. I would like to see them brought back!

I’m incontinent and ABDL. I love these pull ups, they’re quite discreet but can hold a lot of volume! These can take a full voiding without issues and won’t leak unless you sit down before it’s fully absorbed. I find them very comfortable, I just wish they offered seperate S/M sizes as I find the S/M to fit a little bigger than I’d like. Very solid product.
