This WiFi 6 Router offers excellent performance for its price! The setup was straightforward, and the coverage is impressive, easily handling multiple devices throughout my home without dropping connections. The WiFi 6 speeds make streaming and gaming smooth, with minimal latency.However, I did notice that the signal strength weakens slightly in the farthest corners of my house, and the interface could be more user-friendly. Despite these minor issues, itâs a solid router that delivers fast and reliable internet. Overall, a great choice for anyone looking to upgrade to WiFi 6 on a budget!

After our old rouder stopped working m we saw this Tenda AX3000 router on sale at Amazon. It was very easy to setup, and works great. I have good coverage all over our 2500 Sq ft home, as well as outside. It’s super fast with our fiber ISP. Highly recommended!!!

No complaints – Nice performance
I’m in the process of switching my network around, and needed a backup router to keep things in the house running while doing the work.I’m been impressed with the wifi performance of this router. For the price point I wasn’t optimistic and figured maybe 200Mbps would be good enough, and I don’t have many wifi6 devices so that was fine.When I connected it to my ONT and powered it on, within about 45 seconds I was able to see the default SSID to get it setup. The wizard gets things ready for you after only a few questions, and off it goes.From there I connected up a wifi6 laptop and ran a speed test.Surprisingly I get around 500Mbps consistently on wifi6 and about 900Mbps wired. It only has a 1GbE WAN port so you won’t get more by having a 2Gbps connection from your ISP, though even if it did have a 2.5GbE port I’m not sure it would have the capacity to handle it with many clients.The UI has some decent options, even acting as a server or client with PPTP. No OpenVPN/Wireguard support which I wasn’t expecting.Port forwarding, DMZ, Static Routes, and some other good stuff that many won’t use but its nice to have. It looks to support mesh too if you wanted to get some APs from them.There is even an app but I haven’t tried it out.One thing to point out is that out of the box there is a power setting you may want to change.More -> System Settings -> Auto System Maintenance. This was turned on automatically and restarts the router every night, so if you have something that needs to maintain an active connection it will be dropped on restart.Overall I’m really happy with this, and will keep it running as a failover in the future as well.

Nice design (fits my son’s decor perfectly). Setting up was quick and easy with its user-friendly app and clear instructions. As far as performance, we are happy with the WiFi 6 technology. No matter if multiple devices, streaming 4K movies, gaming online, or working from home, the connection remains stable and smooth. It has dual-band support (2.4GHz and 5GHz) and has strong signals across all our rooms (impressive coverage). No dead spots noticed and consistent connectivity. Nice price, security and performance. No complaints.

This Tenda Ultra-Fast Wireless Router has been a fantastic upgrade to my home network. Itâs reliable, fast, and packed with features that make it perfect for a tech-savvy household or anyone looking for dependable Wi-Fi performance.Blazing-Fast Speeds with reportedly dual-band concurrent rates of up to 1501 Mbps, the internet speeds are phenomenal. I have a 1gig plan with my ISP. Streaming 4K videos, online gaming, and working from home are now smoother than ever. It’s got 5 external antennas and signal enhancement modules that seem to help provide excellent coverage for my house. Even the farthest corners of my home now have strong, consistent Wi-Fi. It’s also got One-Click Network Expansion. But I haven’t used it yet. The vertical design is both sleek looking and functional. It seems to stay cool even during heavy use, which ensures stable network performance throughout the day. With OFDMA + MU-MIMO technology, multiple devices can connect without any noticeable lag. The WPA 3 support and advanced parental controls give me peace of mind. I can manage internet access for my 8 yo son while keeping the network secure from unauthorized users.Setup was straightforward, but the instructions could be more detailed for less tech-savvy users.While the vertical design is great for cooling, it may not fit on smaller shelves due to its height.This router delivers everything it promises and more. Functional As Basic Wireless Access Point
This WiFi router is configurable to use as a wireless access point on an existing network, which is my current application.Set up was not straightforward, and the instructions did not clearly convey how to do what I needed to use the unit for. In the end, I had to use both the browser interface and the downloadable app to be able to complete the configuration. First, in order to even be able to connect to the device wirelessly, you have to complete a basic setup, which was not what I needed to do, but had to do anyway. Then the app allowed access to advanced settings to be able to change the unit’s mode to access point.It appears to be working, and has improved wireless connectivity in my basement. I have an Ethernet cable run to the back of the unit, and then am using it as an AP to get better wireless signal strength in the basement. The Ethernet ports on the back function in AP mode and are just pass through.For the cost, I am OK with the brief setup frustration, but the manufacturer should consider updating the printed instructions.
