If you buy ground flax, it goes rancid quickly. If you just take flax seeds, they don’t digest well. I grind a couple of teaspoons of these seeds in a coffee grinder (not used for coffee) and then mix the ground flax with water and lemon juice. Cheap and healthy fiber supplement for once a day use.
