It’s a good product
So far I’m liking the thermogenic fat burner. I like the fact that I don’t have to take it on an empty stomach, so I’m not starving myself. I did make the mistake taking the supplement after lunch and stayed up almost all night. I have a slow metabolism so I should of known better. I know take it in the mornings and have great energy, without feeling hot inside like other thermogenic supplements so that’s a plus. I love that the product has natural ingredients. Also, I find myself eating way less, I made cookies for the holidays and usually I would devour half the batch, but with the supplements I only ate 3 ð. The pill is easy to swallow, regular size pill. It’s a good quality product.
