Best yet!!
Iâve used carb blockers for years and these are the first ones that I can see a marked difference in because of its results. It has almost stopped my weight gain since I started using it. Now I need to curb the quantity of the carbs so can see weight loss!Look at the dosage though, I doubt taking only one at each meal would be effective.

While I’m not obese. I do have some fat. While taking this ,I have lost some weight and I noticed I don’t crave high carbs and junk food. I’m on a low carb diet but not keto, (I eat fruits that are not considered keto) I’m very happy with this supplement.
