Super easy to set up

Set up with wireless backhaul in a 1400 sqft shotgun style apartment. Nearly equal speeds between the main router and satellite with just two out of the three nodes set up. Not much else to say because setup through the app was super simple.I got this to replace a Linksys MX20WH2 mesh pair that was having speed, consistency and connectivity issues. I had previously tried to troubleshoot and found a lot of online discussions recommending tweaking a bunch of settings that as a non IT professional i feel like i should not need to know about.

Set-up instructions are thin, but once I got it figured out, works great
We live in a 2,000 sq foot condo with balconies and brick exterior walls. Our wi-fi router is in a far corner of the unit in the laundry room. I purchased this system to get full strong signal throughout the condo and all the way out onto the balconies. Getting the first unit up and running connected to the Internet through our router (a Linksys router) was a challenge, took a bit of research and a suggestion from a local tech salesman, but it worked. Getting the two other units connected in at opposite ends of the condo was simple — and we now have strong signal, and both the old (from the LinkSys router) and new (from this guy) networks. Overall, especially at the refurb price, a very good buy. Put in a little sweat equity and now our wi-fi issues are solved.

It doesn’t have the distance it says. Our property is not that large and even if you rate it for $7,000 ft it still doesn’t make it. We only have a 900 square foot house and our property in the back is about 1,500 ft. But it would not communicate with our cameras outside our house even though we put one of the routers near the back end of the house

Initial review – better than expected
I’ve had these units for a couple of weeks now and they have worked flawlessly. I’m really impressed with the coverage and speed provided in all areas of our home. Their setup instructions could be a little clearer on how to set up the 2nd and 3rd units but other than that I am truly impressed. Hopefully, this will continue.

Es Reacondicionado, pero parece nuevo, reemplace unos tp link Deco m5 por estos y tengo más cobertura a demás que la velocidad aun que aumento aun cuando esté más lejos de cada repetidor. Los recomiendo y como ya tengo experiencia con tp link son muy fáciles de configurar.
