Love them. Great range and speed.
My Xfinity internet is wired into an outbuilding. With a good router these transmit about 125 feet into my home and fill both buildings with fast and very good internet and video, by far the best I have ever had. After about a year they seem very stable, and the phone app works well. Being computer literate but by no means a guru, I was nervous about setup, but it was quick and easy. I don’t do a lot of reviews but wanted to talk about the range as it was my biggest issue.

Excellent Mesh product… and yes, issues with switching between access points
These can go anywhere, but I recommend you PLUG them into an existing Ethernet network. This is to make wireless coverage seamless, not to simply avoid the wired network altogether, although you CAN do that…. just plug it in and let WiFi 6E connect the devices to each other. We haven’t tried that because we don’t have to.Some reviewers noted that the 802.11r routing protocol isn’t as it should be. I can’t say that for certain, but … we have a LOT of interference on the 802.11N band… 2.4Ghz. Neighbors… not sure what system they have, but it causes interference. This is between channel 2 and 7 on the 2.4Ghz band. Haven’t been able to get it to be stable, but I can click the “optimize” button and reconfigure – the system switches the band between the 2 channels. This causes small blips, and I’ve noticed that when switching between MESH devices – we have one in the center of the basement and the other in the center…sorta…of the 2nd floor – that a device…cell phone, iPad… can fall off the network, and it can take 10-20 seconds to reconnect. Is it perfect? Nope. It’s MUCH better than the multi-radio single router/access point we used to have. Maybe WiFi 7 will help in the future..not sure. Right not, when it’s working, there’s significantly more stability, especially for our kitchen WiFi LED strip controllers, which were being bumped again by the neighbor’s WiFi activity near our shared wall. Weird, but… this HELPS!Changing the position of an access point can affect things, so… play around with it. Reconfiguring/scanning for interference works, even though it’s annoying. The ONLY interference issues we’ve had, are on the 2.4Ghz band. 5G is perfect…no problems. We could have set up 3 devices, but our home may actually be too small even for the 2 devices – we have maybe… 1300 sq/ft, and this covers…at least 6,000 or 7,000, I think.Firmware updates are fast and easy. Configuration options are simplistic. Navigating to the advanced sections was… slightly difficult, but once I got there, the rest is easy. The app does much more than the web-interface – you can’t do much of anything by logging in via the web.Rebooting a device, or the system, takes several minutes.I may update this after a year or so. It’s been in place just a few months. It wasn’t expensive, and the performance seems decent.

A big game changer!
Up until now I had 4 networks in my home, and surrounding property, 2 ea of both 2.4 and 5Ghz. I am using a MAJOR ISP and their supplied router as a gateway, with my own aging, but more powerful (range) router plugged into it. I needed the range in order to have WIFI access in my 3500 sq/ft cabinetmaking shop that is in the rear of my property away from the house.I always connected my devices according to their speed capabilities, and or distance from the 2 routers in my livingroom to either the 2.4 or 5 Ghz bands. In addition I have 2 fully computerized telescopes that are equipped with dedicated astro cameras for hobby use. They are controlled remotely from within the house via wifi.I decided on this TP Link mesh system for its range, and to replace my older ASUS router. I wound up with more than I had hoped!!!1. I no longer need 4 networks! I’m down to one! The TP Link can handle up to 200 devices, and connects each one according to its needs and capabilities, automatically. It also adjusts on the fly if needed. I was also able to directly connect WITHOUT the Fios router, which I originally did not anticipate.2. With one unit in the front of the house, and the other in the rear, I am getting -70db signal strength inside of my shop. That signal is penetrating a stucco framed house wall with metal mesh, across a parking lot, and through a cinderblock walled shop with ease!3. When in operation, I monitor my telescopes as they are slewing to different deep sky targets, and the images being captured by their onboard main cameras, as well as the guide scope cameras. There is a lot of telemetry taking place! I used to have range extenders as a safeguard so as not to lose image updates. The telemetry would typically update at 3 to 6 Mb/sec @ 5 Ghz. The TP Link mesh has tripled the speed of the telemetry, so I’m seeing on screen updates within 3 to 5 seconds rather than 15 to 20. I did not expect this either!Installation was a breeze using the Deco App, I took my time, and was up and running in 20 minutes, still using the Fios router connection. There have been no hiccups whatsoever in the two weeks it has been running. I disconnected the Fios router on day 3, “just to see” if I could do without. It’s now awaiting return, and I won’t be paying the rental charges for it. My 3 TV’s streaming, security cameras, PC, 5 tablets, and other smart devices are all playing nicely, and I’m a VERY HAPPY CAMPER!!!

5starsFastest wifi mesh in d market with dedicated wifi6e backhaul. Wifi 6E is beast. Its better than even expensive decoâs flagship models.Fetches and gives full modem speed at every corner of house. My modem gave 650mbps download speed and same speed now i can get at every corner of my house, there is no speed drop between any deco mesh. Connectivity is perfect.Only remember to buy a separate cat8 lan wire for connecting ur modem to main Deco, as the lan wire provided in their bundle is of cheap quality and canât transfer above 200mbps.: Dr. Dharmesh

I had previously used TP-Link Deco X20’s in an 1800sqft condo, and they worked very well. I’ve since moved in to a 3 story townhouse with a basement, so I needed more coverage. I was glad to find that I could use these X75’s alongside my X20’s. So I have one pod on each floor, and it covers every square inch of my home, as well as the garage, backyard, and front driveway. Excellent coverage with solid speeds even outside.I’m using these pods with wired backhaul through MoCa adapters connected to my existing coax outlets. I can then utilize the 2 extra ethernet ports on each X75 pod (the X20’s only had 1 extra port) for completely wired connections. I even attached a 5 port switch, and it works beautifully, providing wired connections as needed, along with fantastic WiFi converage and stability. While these are probably not the most customizable mesh wifi pods out there, there are lots of options, and all the standard things are there. They keep it pretty simple, and that’s a good thing. They work extremely well right out of the box. What more do you need?

No he tenido caÃdas de Wifi, desconecciones repentinas o Wifi lento.
