Pain in the behind to integrate
Required a complete network rebuild when attempting to replace the current main Deco. The function to switch main Decos is NOT working and got the whole mesh into a non-working state. It took 3 reboots and attempts to get the phone to find the new device. Something that worked flawless with the old Deco M9 – not so much with this almost flagship model. The cables were held together by rubber band, the protective film on the top was missing and there were some (minor) scratches. No manual and it was shipped with the shipping label directly on the original factory container. I received a used unit and would not buy here again. Technically fine, but not letting customers know that these are used/refurbished items is almost a scam.

    It’s a beast
This router is ridiculously fast. I have three of them set up at my house and a mess system. All hardwired with over 70 devices connected to my smart home and nothing is ever slows down.

You probably do not need this.
Wifi 7 requires such a perfect environment to work well. In a congested environment such as an urban apartment were the 2.4ghz and 5ghz are congested, all it will do is to simply default to the 6GHZ network, basically 6E. And devices that connect to the same node can easy eat up the bandwidth. In actual use there is no difference between this one and the BE63, you will get exactly the same performance.

Nice Router, Bad Stability with Internet/ Many Issues
I upgraded to this router from a Netgear. I wanted to give this a try. I am an IT professional for 20+ years. My family and myself had nothing but problems the moment I connected this. Everyone was complaining how slow the internet was. After changing some SIP settings and other settings, nothing seemed to work. After 2 weeks of hearing my family tell me how slow the Internet is, I ended up returning this product. I noticed myself when logging into websites being connected to Wifi how slow Internet was. Pictures would take 5-8 seconds before loading. It was really slow. I just returned this and went back to my RAX200 Netgear and it’s working great now. Def something was wrong with this router.

    Really bad range
The range on this router is really miserable for a $500 device. 2 rooms away the signal is effectively gone, even in the 2.4 band. Unless you’re planning to buy 4 of these, I wouldn’t bother.
