Great tea for immunity
Wonderful tea that helps with overall good health. Wonderful aroma and a little bit of an earthy undertone taste. Otherwise delicious with a hint of organic honey. Soothing and comforting!

Bought this since they discontinued the cinnamon stress ease tea. Definitely not as good. Very “warm” but I don’t like it like the other tea will not buy again unfortunately

My daughters and I tried this with some hesitation, but we were all pleasantly surprised at the mild and delicious flavor! I’ve been drinking this at night with a GABA supplement and it’s so wonderful to actually feel tired to the point of sleepiness, without racing thoughts and insomnia issues. 5 stars for flavor and effectiveness.
