Designed to add absorbent capacity to any incontinence product (6 oz additional capacity for the Mini, 11 oz additional capacity for the Regular and 14 oz additional capacity for the Super)
Flow-through design extends the use of a disposable brief or disposable absorbent underwear because booster pad fills to capacity first and then passes additional fluids to the primary absorbent product
Adhesive strip on the booster pad allows them to be worn high and in front to increase capacity for men, in the middle for women, or in the back for increased absorbency and ease of cleaning of bowel, or fecal, incontinence.
Peach Mat Guarantee ensures skin dryness, reduces odor, neutralizes pH, and inhibits bacterial growth
Available in three sizes (Mini, Regular, and Super)
Customers say
Customers find the incontinence protector effective and providing good absorbency. They say it works better than other booster pads and absorbs a significant bladder void. The product prevents leaks and keeps them dry, preventing wet clothes and bedsores. While most customers appreciate the extra protection, some have differing opinions on value for money, size, and adhesive quality.

These work perfectly!
This item works perfectly in helping pro-long diaper changes, thus providing cost savings!

Generous size
I like it for its generous size and absorbability, as well as few wrappings as in other pads.

Great product!
I love these. The quality is fantastic. And the most important thing is that the outside of these diapers are plastic. All, and I mean all, of the others don’t put plastic on the ourside of the diapers. At least non that ive found. Which means they leak…these don’t leak or seep through to your cloths…unless you…how should I say this…fill them up beyond the maximum containment capacity.

Ends diaper overflow – if inserted properly
We were washing bedding 5 or more times a week, because our 3-yr old routinely drowned even size 6 Huggies Overnite diapers. These pads have put a stop to the overflow and wet bedding. They absorb and hold a large volume of fluid while allowing the diaper to absorb its usual load of fluid. Our child is now 4 and still waking up with a dry bed (and a very heavy, soggy diaper/pad combo). That said, I understand how other reviewers have had disappointing results. I had inconsistent results until I learned how to place the pad correctly. Correct placement might not be possible for small diaper sizes (though at least one reviewer reports good results using the pads on a 1-yr old).To place the pad correctly, first note how a diaper keeps wetness contained. The absorbent portion is inside a waterproof shell with a waistband and elastic leg openings. The waistband and elastic openings hold the edges of the diaper against the skin to prevent the wet part of the diaper from coming into contact with sleepwear or bedding. The pad is like the absorbent portion of the diaper, and relies on the diaper’s shell to keep the wet pad isolated. You need to place the pad so that it rests only on the absorbent area of the diaper and doesn’t extend into the waistband or the elastic areas on the side. Even the ends of the pad’s white “envelope”, which extend about an inch beyond each end of the pad, must be kept on the absorbent areas of the diaper. An improperly placed pad will either extend beyond the edge of the diaper, allowing the fluid to wick into sleepwear and bedding, or will expand as it gets wet and thus lift the edge of the diaper and allow bedding and sleepwear to contact wet areas. My initial tendency was to place as much of the pad as I could toward the front of the diaper, thinking that I needed to have maximum pad area where the urine is produced. I was placing the top of the pad near the top of the waistband. This only cut the wet bed mornings in half.No such fine tuning is necessary or helpful, as fluid will spread throughout the entire pad. Just keep the pad confined to the absorbent area of the diaper. These pads are available in a 25-pack ( http://www.amazon.com/Tranquility-TopLiner-Booster-Diaper-Inserts/dp/B000FCF0AS/ ) if you are reluctant to jump into the 100-pack before knowing if they’ll work for you.

Easy to use and saves money
I got these for my mother-in-law as well as the pull-upsof the same brand. She loves how she can just change the liner during the day and not have to change the entire pull-up every time. They are also great for overnight. She has not been leaking overnight since using the pull-ups and liners. She used to wake up wet every night using Depends overnight. She’s so excited that I found these.

Stay in place
Not sure we just started using them they donât seem to stick to other brief have fear my wife may take out and flush down toilet
Alice Robinson –
These are really absorbent!
Jen –
Really like these – they arenât too bulky and they do the job for overnight kiddo diaper absorbency.
JR –
The liner reaches from the very top in the front and up the back. I found it too bulky for my purpose, but should be good if anyone needs this type of extra absorption.
Melissa Sargent –
We use them in adult diapers overnight.
