Quality WiFi Outdoor Outlets
Just in time for the holidays, this dual outdoor electrical outlets plug is a great addition to all my TreatLife WiFi switch controls. Love that I can control Christmas lights by using my cellphone, whether at home or elsewhere. Like all other TreatLife switches I own, and many I have installed for my customers as a contractor, I can setup the On/Off schedules for multiple times a day and any or all days in a week. WiFi setup is easy using the 2.4 GHz home WiFi. Linking it to Alexa is just as easy. The unit is of quality built. I have not using it for long enough time to judge its durability, but like all other switches inside my house, which I have been using them for over a year now without issue, I have no reason to think that it will last for a long time. Overall, this outdoor outlet plug is great, and I highly recommended.

Scheduling of one/off states works
I had need of scheduling outdoor lights but I did not have room for the traditional giant square block you can get at the home improvement store. Off to Amazon I go to find a solution. Treatlife came up with this plug. I bought it having previous experience with their products.I have Treatlife bulbs in a couple of lamps. So I already have the app. Setup of the plug was easy. Bonus, it keeps its connection after being unplugged for 10 days and once plugged back into the power outlet, I did not need to reprogram it. It worked automatically.The only improvement I’d make is to the plug end so it is 90 degree angled rather than just sticking straight out. This unfortunately causes the outdoor outlet cover to stand open rather than enclose the outlet.

Great product!
I have been using it for few days now. I have 2 more outdoor smart plugs, but this one is the best. Connecting to the app is a breeze. It works with Alexa and google, which is helpful. Power points are 1- Two separate plugs separately controlled through the app and they have two separate manual keys to turn them on and off on the plug 2- covers of plugs make it safe for rainy days. If you compare with others , you see many of them donât have one or 2 of these. The price is right and the coupon code makes the purchase no brainer.

Spot on for an outdoor smart plug
Full disclosure: I received this unit for review.That said, I’d definitely be willing to purchase this. It’s pretty well built, especially considering it’s a plug which likely won’t have to stand up to any physical abuse and points of ingress for water are adequately sealed up, so I don’t have any real doubts about the weatherproofing claims. The outlets have individual rubber covers, so when one isn’t in use, you can seal it up nicely.I have the older single outlet version of this which has been running my back patio string lights for several years now and that’s still going strong. Having two outlets on this one promises to make it even more useful.My only gripe is that the cord is short and thick, so if you’re trying to get it plugged in inside an exterior outlet box, you may have some trouble, depending on the box and the orientation, which is unfortunate because that’s exactly where you want this. I don’t give 5 stars easily and this was definitely a point which kept me from giving that last star, but it’s also not a big deal. It was more of a problem for me because the outlet box I wanted to use it in for Halloween is particularly stupid and I haven’t gotten around to correcting it yet.I have some other Treatlife switches and stuff and this, like all of them is compatible with Google Assistant which is my robot of choice. They all have their connectivity issues from time to time, but what smart device doesn’t? Rebooting the network generally fixes all for a while. This one has been sailing smoothly so far.All told, it’s a simple device which does its job well and isn’t very expensive, so if you want an outdoor smart plug, I have no reasons you shouldn’t give this one a shot.

Perfect 2 Separate Outlet Timer
Itâs difficult to find a 2 Outlet Timer that allows for individual On/Off times and schedules. We have a Patio Fountain and Strung Patio lights that we wanted to turn on and off at different times and different schedules.This timer is it!!! It works perfectly. The App for IOS is straightforward and easy to use. It only took a few minutes to download, setup and program both outlets. Itâs very intuitive and lets you name each outlet for easy identification.I highly recommend this unit if you need to control 2 separate devices independently.

Honestly, I thought this was a pretty great product! When I opened it, it seems like it has great build quality, is not really affected by the elements, which was a big plus for me, and pretty simple to set up. I have quite a few products from TreatLife and Iâve had them for a couple years without any issue at all. This was a great addition during the holidays because it allowed me to control two devices simultaneously. I highly recommend this brand. They also make really good wall switches!

Poor range
I wanted this plug because it is compatible with the SmartLife app. As instructed, I set up while close to the router. Everything connected and functioned as expected until I took it outside, and it would not connect. Brought it inside to be certain I hadn’t accidently messed it up. Nope, worked fine. I tried another single plug device meant for indoors, and it connected and worked fine in the desired location.So, this works great as a dual plug but since it’s designed for outdoors and didn’t work outdoors it was pretty much a waste of money.
