Excellent support to help with sciatic and low back pain
High quality, thick and supportive. Excellent for minimizing low back and hip pain. For reference, I’m a female size XL and the large size cushion is perfect, providing wide coverage. I tried a different brand of these cushions initially, which sunk down, but this cushion maintains its height when I sit on it. I use it on a low couch to bring me into a more ergonomic position. It would work well in a vehicle too if you have enough ceiling clearance for your height. Great value, super easy to use with side handle and very lightweight.

Firm and holds shape well
I got a different seat last summer and find it very useful and comfortable, I got this because it was on Prime Day. Unfortunately this is not as comfy to me as my other other one. I have the feeling I am going to tip when I sit on it, why I do not know. As I am not crazy about the fabric either, I deiced to return it. Too bad. It is a good product, it just doesn’t fit my anatomy very well. I am average female build, not fat or skinny.

Good for short term
Quickly came to form after opening. Nice support at first but has flattened out after use in my office chair. Decreased sciatica pain and comfortable in the beginning, then not so much after using 3 days a week for 7 weeks. Might recommend for short term use.

It doesn’t last
I bought this in July of 2023. It is now January of 2025. Yes, that is a year and a half, but.It was only 2.5 inches when I got it, not 3.15 inches. I let it sit for two days to see if it would expand. It didn’t.While it has been comfortable for the most part, it goes flat fast. It isn’t good for long hours of sitting. I got it for two reasons, for my sciatica and also as a booster seat for my office chair. It started going flat within months of coming out of the box.So if you need to sit at your computer for long hours and want something that is going to last you for years, don’t get this. Get something else.

Very comfy
The cushion on my desk chair has flattened out quite a bit and hurts to sit even for less than an hour. I thought of getting a new seat cushion to help and this one is VERY comfy. Isn’t too firm. I’ve sat in this for a few hours and haven’t had any pain. Good for sitting long hours at a computer desk! Highly recommend.

Perfect cushion
Perfect cushion to sit on! Itâs much better than a more expensive one that I ended up returning. Itâs not too soft or too firm. It has actually helped my posture and I havenât had sciatic issues ever since Iâve been using it. Itâs only been a week but I hope it will continue. Itâs also easy to carry around. Highly recommend it.

Soft. Helps prevent soreness from sitting extended time. Easy to adjust. Lasting -use it nearly everyday and has maintained its quality. Size appears to adequately fit in office chair. Do need to reposition periodically to allow it to expand. Helped with positioning.

It is not the size as stated on the ad, this one is a lot smaller. it is not very thick, less than 2 1/2 inches, so don’t expect it to be much good at all. It also does not have a handle.
