Sharp very good clippers! Too sharp!
Careful with these as they are sharp and really clip nails very well! They should last a lifetime as I really appreciate tweezerman and their warrantees and good quality pieces. I use the big clipper for my fingernails not the small one and I love it. Clips a nice square edge on my nails straight across. Very sharp though you need to be careful to just snip the nail and not any skin!

Sharpest clippers Iâve ever owned!
These clippers are very easy to use, with a wide opening and super sharp cutting edge. They are easy to hold, and donât take a lot of strength to make the cut. They donât wobble as you use them, staying perfectly aligned. They function well for my arthritic fingers and are sure to last for years with the quality steel from which they are made. Everyone in my family will get a set of these for Christmas!

Neither clipper has a file
It’s a nice set of clippers for anyone. I assumed there would be a small metal file connected to the fingernail clipper, but nothing. Makes the set less useful for travel since you can just bring a three dollar revlon instead. But if you have a manicure set or your building one, these are a good addition. High end set that look good. Peace

As I’m sure many others have said, I never thought I’d write a raving review about nail clippers, yet here I am. These are the best nail clippers I’ve ever had. They are really good at, well, clipping nails. There’s not really much else to say. The clipper parts themselves are very sharp. They clip clean through the nail instead of crushing them as some others do, so there aren’t any scraggly bits on the nail left over. I don’t even file my nails afterward anymore. They look nice, or at least as nice as a nail clipper can look, anyway. They don’t have a built-in filer like some others have.One critique I do have is that the end where you hold the clippers at is kind of sharp. Not sharp enough to cut you, it’s similar to how a table can have a sharp edge where it’s not really rounded off. So the clippers can be uncomfortable to hold on to at certain angles, but it’s easy to mess around with it for a few seconds and figure out how to hold it so it’s not a problem at all. But the actual clipping of nails part, it is exceedingly good at. I 100% recommend it.

I have had numerous nail clippers over the years and never really gave it much thought. In researching nail clippers, I can across some reviews of numerous brands. These Tweezerman clippers received great reviews. It seemed that reviewers talked about good quality steel and very sharp cutting edges as they cut cleanly rather than a more dull blade that left a more rough cut that may snag on fabrics or need filing. Here’s the deal, my toenails are very thick and hard to cut. I actually broke my previous clippers in half trying to cut them and I needed to get new ones. These clippers cut easily and cleanly. The large clippers are great for toenails and the small ones do a great job on my finger nails. The angle of the curve seems to make it a bit more challenging to get below the nails, but once you get them, they make a very clean cut. The sharpness of the blades makes it so that they cut easily with little force. Because the cuts are so clean, I find that my fingernails don’t chip as often as they used to. Very happy with these.
