Update: Stopped working⦠Solid Charger with one minor gripe
Well built, looks great, better than my other wireless chargers… one complain which is very minor. My iPhone 14 Pro sits crooked on it. Not sure what the cause is, but the magnets on the phone and the charger are aligned in such a way that it clicks on solidly, but a few degrees off center. This would not prevent me from buying another one, but something about the tilt really really bugs me.Update: the phone and watch charger work but the charging pad on the base stopped working completely. 🙁

It’s good but white is not so pretty
The images of the white version give you the impression that the stand is completely white or at least close to thatHowever it is accented with gray silicone which imo gives it a bit of a cheap look.Other than that i like this product but i’d recommend getting the black version instead if you’re after a cleaner look.

Looks Great, Charges Great, but Poorly-Designed
I was really excited for this item due to the look of it. I love the sleekness and the reviews stated that the charge power is fantastic–which it is.I have two major issues with the device. First, I wish there was some grippy material or some sort of feed to keep the device from sliding away from me. Sometimes in the dark, trying to pop my phone on its designated spot can be tricky, and if you don’t line the magnets up perfectly, the device moves and pushes away. Second, the watch charging base doesn’t catch automatically, especially if leaving your watch band attached. The charge base is a little too wide which causes the watch band to flail outward and causes the actual watch to lift off of the magnet. When coupled with the issue above of moving, i have very frequently knocked the watch off its perfect placement and woke up to a dead watch.I will keep using it as I like the look, and it is functional. Could just use some fine-tuning.

Excited to use it but doesn’t charge at all! We had to fiddle with the wire, wiggle it before it works. And sometimes it does work but most times won’t charge at all. Not sure if we received a defective product but we’re disappointed because of the price it should not be like this at all. We will be returning this product.

I’ve been using Twelve South products for almost 20-years. They are always stylish and function perfectly. This one is no different but it does require a mag-safe case to function correctly and is highly overpriced in comparison to competitors.

De Apple Watch laad enorm traag op (trager dan een 5W oplader, en dat wil wat zeggen!) en tot overmaat van ramp: blijft de Apple Watch een verbindingssignaal geven nadat de batterij volledig is opgeladen. midden in de nacht krijg je dan bliepjes dat hij opnieuw verbonden is, en opnieuw, en opnieuw. irritant en op internet geen oplossing gevonden voor dit probleem. ik vermoed dat het aan 12south ligt. jammer want ik heb dit merk hoog in het vaandel staan.
