Great pre workout
I have tried so many different pre workout drinks. This is definitely my favorite. I like a clean product. This one isnât too sweet, which I like. It doesnât give me jitters or anything like that. It does give me good energy to get through my workout. I also love that this has beet root and arginine in it. I definitely recommend this product.

Tastes surprisingly good
As someone who works out in the evenings, I was looking for a caffeine-free pre-workout that has also clean ingredients. Boy did I find it! The taste is surprisingly good! Iâm pretty sensitive to the fake sugar taste, and this isnât that – itâs the perfect balance of clean ingredients plus good taste.

Decent flavor, mixed feelings
This pre-workout tastes decent and mixes well with water, add some ice and it reminds me of a cherry ice pop. I have mixed feelings on the effectiveness of it though. The first time I used it I did feel a boost in energy and had a decent workout. The next few times I felt tired after using it, could be a sensitivity to something, I’m guessing the beet powder. It could be the gaba, gaba isn’t something you generally take as a pre-workout as it can induce a sedative feeling. I slept shortly after taking it the rest of the times, but I am a bit sensitive to gaba. I liked the rest of the purported ingredients, mainly the l-arginine, and bioperine, but I can’t say this is exactly a great pre-workout supplement. It does dissolve well and is a clean product without artificial ingredients, but it doesn’t work well for me as an effective energy or stamina boost.

Great for evening workouts
Love a good stim-free preworkout, I already consumer too much caffeine throughout the day and a stimmed preworkout keeps me up. Taste was a 3/5, not the best but not the worst. Great pump and slight pick-me-up feeling from it, 5/5 there. Overall 4/5, it’ll be a preworkout that occasional gets rotated in; I do wish the Beta-Alanine was a bit higher but that’s more of a preference to fit into my regiment better.
