Exactly the trimmer shaver I was looking forâ¦
This trimmer provides a very close trim for beards, although not a clean shave, itâs very close for a stubbly finish. Other trimmer kits claim a close trim but the blade gap doesnât provide a close trim. The attachments work well.Havenât tested battery life but my previous trimmer of similar design but different brand ended up not holding a charge a little after a year of usage. Hopefully this one does better but for the price, resplendent isnât such a big deal.Noise wasnât anything more than any other trimmer. Maybe slightly quieter especially after applying oil to the blade.One con would be the blade is not super sharp and with quicker cut strokes there may be some whisker pulling. So a slower cut stroke will prevent grabs. Other than that itâs a great trimmer at a great price.

Great customer service, and they back up their productIn less than 3 weeks, the top cutting head fell off while using. I may have only used it 8 times, and always cleaned after using. The battery was good for one charge the whole time using. But having the head come off, and I am unable to figure out how to put it back together, is of no use. I think perhaps some plastic may have worn away (part that kept the spring clip in place).
Updated: This be 5 star now. After sending the company a note saying the original broke within 3 weeks, they promptly replaced with new, within 5 days. It trims very well, and battery lasts quite a while.

After receiving it, I tried it out and shaved my head with the 3mm comb inserted. It works well, nice even shave. I rinsed out the shaver head with water (donât let water touch the bottom of the shaver handle, where the charging port is) and used its little brush to clean out the blades. Good.The charging was quicker than I expected. The manual claimed 2 hours, but I think it charged in less than an hour. While charging, the indicator light is supposed to flash, and once charged, the indicator light will switch off.Some of the negative 1 star reviews indicated that the service life of this shaver was potentially very short, and that it broke after a short while. I am concerned about this as well, but thus far, it has worked for my first shave. It costs me SGD $35.66 and at the typical haircut price of $8 here, I figure it just needs to last for 5 shaves total to recoup my money. Lolz
