Helpful uppababy extension with 3 kids!
I searched reviews high and low about the piggyback. I have found so many mixed reviews and I finally broke down and got it because I plan on taking lots of long walks this spring/summer (live in NYS) and have a 4 year old who needs a break every so often. It was easy to install once I watched a you tube how to fit it on just right. It goes up and down easily. Squeeze latch to get it down and use feet or hands to move it up when not in use.My fear was.. it will be too heavy to push with my older kids on there. False! Not as hard as I thought. My 4 year old rides it and I can even go up hill with ease. Now my 6 year old likes to jump on every once in awhile too. He weighs 50 lbs and is tall for his age. It is manageable with him.. obviously a little harder to push and a little more awkward to the point I have to take slightly shorter strides with him on there (I am 5’5) and sometimes do have to walk a little more to the side. With my younger I don’t have that issue. 55 lbs is the recommended weight capacity so I’m pretty happy for what it does do even with an older child on there, it’s not enough for me to complain. One thing with an older child (my 6 yr old) on there is that if they’re leaning a certain way the stroller can lift up so be sure to always have full hands on deck. That’s really only happened one time in the 2 month we’ve used it so far.I was also worried that my shins would hit the piggyback in the up position. I’ve read some reviews of that and it almost talked me out of getting one aaaand I do not have that issue! My shins have never hit.Does great on sidewalks and streets. We’ve only used it with my infant daughter facing me in a regular seat with infant insert. The boys hold onto her bumper or the sides and there’s room there for all.Overall I’m happy with it and no regrets purchasing it. It does its job and helps out my little people on our adventures and makes things easier for me!

Life hack for having 2
Even though this item is pricey it is easy to assemble, sturdy and fun for my toddler. The size is a little bulky but overall not bad. It has the ability to somewhat fold so that helps. I take it everywhere!

Nice
Price is high but the board is great. Lets older kids ride along once they outgrow the seat. Durable and easy to put on

Great for toddler
My daughter who just turned 2 can ride and hold on easily, and it’s a nice option when we want to move faster but she doesn’t want to be strapped in. I found that you have to extend the handle on the stroller to it’s full length to fold the stroller with this on it, and we had to take off or lower the organizer we had hanging where the kiddo now stands. No other changes needed, and the stroller is still easy to push with the board either up or down.

Perfect for age gaps
We have a newborn and a four-year-old and this was the perfect addition to the stroller since she no longer sits in the regular stroller seat. She absolutely loves being able to ride in the stroller when she is tired and see her sister at the same time. It is extremely sturdy And well-made. definitely would recommend.

Love it in conjunction with the Rumble Seat
For the most part, I like the PiggyBack board. One of the reasons I liked the Vista stroller is because it can accommodate 3 kids, so really that in and of itself is a huge pro (I only have 2 kids, but maybe I need more to push the stroller to itâs full potential?). Not a lot of strollers can do that. Itâs perfect for my 3 year old who likes to hop on and off when we go on walks/zoo/etc. he is mature enough not to jump off while pushing, so I definitely think there is a certain age range for this. Another pro is that you can fold the stroller while the board is on and that you can easily snap it up out of the way when you are not using it.Now for the cons, which a few people have mentioned. The biggest issue I have is that I really canât take a full stride while the board is down. Iâm 5â10â so maybe itâs a height issue? You also have to extend the handle all the way to accommodate the rider of the board, but thatâs not an issue for me because it normally is anyway. Another con is that if the main stroller seat is facing out, your board rider essentially is staring at the back of a stroller seat, which my older child did not love.My husband had the smart idea to not use the main seat at all, but put our 1 year old in the rumble seat and the three year old on the piggyback board. It has worked great! The older child can see everything, we can still use the parent organizer and the baby can obviously face each direction. Picture included.

Good attachment but difficult to push the stroller.
I will start saying that my son loves this attachment. It works well with the Vista V2 Stroller. It glides over cracks and uneven surfaces easily. My only complaint is that you don’t have a lot of room to walk while you are pushing the stroller wit the board down. You have studder your steps, so I would not recommend using it for long distances. I’m using it with the Vista V2 Stroller and I think if there was a way to extend the handle it would make the board more comfortable to use.

sold and robust product. been using it for several months now. not quite as easy to click on an off as it was the first few times but still glad I bought this one instead of a generic one.

Really great and useful. Like all Uppababy equipment, its very easy to install and use. I do feel its a little overpriced for what it is. That said, I still bought it and youre paying for the sturdiness of the brand and ease of use. Price is the only reason I didnt give it 5 stars
