This slow feeder and mess free water bowl actually works!!!
Ive bought slow feeders in the past but my golden retriever always managed to still eat his 2 cups of food in under a minute so I was skeptical. I can confirm, IT WORKS. He now takes 5 minutes to finish his food and the mess free water station is a wonderful bonus! He watched me fill the bowl using a cup of water and immediately figured out how it works. No more dirtying up dish towels on a daily basis for water cleanup! The size of the bowls and the adjustable height is also a win in my book. 100% worth the money!

This is a great elevated feeder. It is sturdy, easy on the eyes and convenient. The slow feeder is amazing for my boy as he loves to scarf his food. This allows him to slow down while also mental stimulating him. The water portion is nice and truly is anti spill. It would have been perfect if the edge that clips on to hold the floating disk stayed on. That piece is pretty flimsy and my boy loves to take it off and run around the house with it. I may just try to keep it off entirely and see if the floating disk will stay without him figuring out how to remove it.

My dog cannot tip it over!
I have an adopted English Bulldog. He was eating so fast that he regularly regurgitated his food he had just eaten. I purchased a total of 3 food bowls that were designed to slow his eating down. It only took my dog only a few days to figure out he could tip/flip the bowls and eat all the food from the floor of the crate. He did this with all that I tried and still ate so fast that he regurgitated his food with each meal. Back to square one and a new search brought me to this set.I ordered this set and it is perfect! I have had it for 14 days, and my dog has not been able to flip it at all, in spite of trying very hard. I leave it on the lowest level, and it has slowed my boy down so that he has not regurgitated any food he ate from it even once. I am so happy to have found this. It has some crevices on the outside that collect a bit of Bulldog slobber, but that is not hard to clean off and the benefit far outweighs anything else. The set does allow you to raise the height and seems to be pretty sturdy, but I do not use it that way as my dog would then be able to flip it over.

The slow feeder bowl and no splash water dish really works. My pup no longer scarfs down her food or makes mess dripping water all over the place. It took a couple of feedings for her to get used to the slow feeder bowl. When we first started using the bowl, she kinda look at us saying âwhat the heck?â Good adjustability on the stand to get the right height for your dog. The only downside so far has been the fact water gets into the float in the water bowl. You have to pry the float apart to clean remove the water and clean it. It wasnât obvious at first how to separate the two pieces at first. But once you get the hang out it itâs not too bad.Great experience working with the company. I accidentally dropped the slow feeder bowl when I was cleaning it. The corner cracked when it landed. I contacted the company through Amazon and they quickly sent me a replacement bowl with no problems.

THIS ITEM ADJUSTS EASILY, BUT THE QUALITY WASNʻT THAT GREAT, THE PLASTIC EASILY CRACKED, BUT IF I HAD AN OLDER DOG IT MAY HAVE BEEN ABLE TO LAST. THE FOOD BOWL WAS GOOD, BUT NO SPILL WATER BOWLDIDNʻT HOLD A LOT OF WATER. NOT GOOD FOR LARGER DOGS BUT PERFECT FOR SMALLER ONES.

Definitely A Need To Purchase
We had the standard little bowls you generally buy at the store. My dog is the type that even with a full bowl he’ll portion it for a couple days. Water intake, however, is where I saw I needed to fill up at least twice a day due to bowl size. So needed a bigger bowl so saw this one and researched a little. The size of both bowls allows my dog about 4 days of food and 2 days worth of water worth so more than doubles the size of the old smaller bowls we had. This changed the need for my dog to not have water while I’m awake at work or portioning the food cause of the bowl size. So for the value its well worth it.The height is at its lowest and is pretty on par with his size and not needing to bow down too much. The slip resistance as well is pretty good. He used to knock over his old bowls whenever he stormed off to go bark. With this one its more sturdy and I’ve only seen maybe a kibble or two fall out vs the many from before.Conclusion is worth the buy but based on my dogs habits of course.

Water gets trapped in the water disk causing a possible mold build up.
This concept is so cool. I got it to slow my frenchie down when drinking. He gulps up so much water and then hacks it up. My yorkie tongues hangs out so he splashes a lot of his water out his bowl. The floating thing worked perfect. The slow feeder definitely slowed them down. However this is way too big for my yorkie. He has to lean so far forward just to get water. It took them over 30 mins to eat and i only gave them half their food just to see how they would do. When my frenchie was done it was slob everywhere. When my yorkie was done all his fur around his nose was wet and stuck to his face. Both their faces had to be cleaned after. The things in the slow feeder are too tall. The adjustable height didn’t work out for me. I needed it to be two different heights so my yorkie doesn’t eat the frenchie food. The next height is way too tall for the frenchie. Also I see the floating disk being a problem. When I washed the bowls and the disk there was water stuck between it. That will build up mold. I only tested it out for a half a day and could already tell this would not work for us. Back to the amazon search to find something smaller. I would go for the slow feeder being silicone instead of hard plastic. THE FLOATING WATER DISK WOULD BE PERFECT IF WATER DIDNT GET TRAPPED IN IT.

This slow feeder and water bowl combo is amazing.It has diminished water splatter and increased my shepherd’s food consumption time, therefore he is not choking on his food from eating too quickly.It only took 2 times showing him how the water bowl worked and he hasn’t looked back!Highly recommend this product.

AMAZON ACCEPTED MY RETURN. THANKS!I purchased this for my small dog. It says it’s good for all size dogs, but it is much too big for my dog that weighs 8 pounds.I did not see anywhere in the ad that it is not returnable, but when I tried to return it, I was not able to as it stated “this item is not returnable”.Shouldn’t we be advised of this BEFORE we purchase it.I would like a refund as I have no use for it and would like to purchase something smaller!Buyer beware!

This picture shows the height of the first level (maybe second if you consider the ground level as first). The unit sits even lower when legs are folded in. It will go up one more level making it perfect for growing puppy. Pretty steady unit. The water was the reason I bought it as my puppy is a slob, this is keeping the floors much drier and the eating area neater.
