No headphones plug
It’s completely my fault – I missed the fact that the device doesn’t have a headphone port. I guess, I will have to look for either USB headphones or a wireless set. Other than that, the device works good so far. The monitor doesn’t seem to flicker, which is often the case with similar hubs.

XLNT Build Quality, And Needs an A/C Power Adapter
This docking station is well built, and fast. (10 GB and 5GB USB A ports.) I was able to plug in my devices easily. I have two monitors, an additional 4 port hub, my audio AD/DA interface, web camera, printer, etc. The unit does not come with an A/C power adapter, so I bought one after I received the unit. I use only the USB C port on my laptop to connect the docking station which now powers everything else using the A/C adapter, taking the load off the laptop! And, I have a few ports left over.

Completely stopped working after one month of use
I made nothing unusual. The hub was plugged to a surge protector thru Dell power adapter. Out of the blue, my secondary screen lost signal, then I realized it’s supplying no power. Once I replaced the hub, everything else worked.Update: Received proper and prompt care by the seller to address the defect item. Great customer service
