Okay so I did test this product and it does help a lot.When I take it I am able to process one thought at a time, I can remember what Iâm doing as Iâm doing it, I feel calm and confident and I can focus on a task to completion.When I donât take it I canât articulate any ideas even though I have a million per second, I canât stay on topic in conversation, everything irritates me, I get mad that I canât remember anything and I feel lost and groggy.I tried it both ways it suggested. Dropping it directly into my mouth wasnât so bad the first time but the taste started getting to me. It kind of reminds me of the taste of rum or whiskey without the alcohol. Mixing it with water itâs hardly detectable.Overall I do recommend this if you are ADHD. Iâve tried a lot of âfocusâ supplements and vitamins and this actually made me feel normal.My only complaint is that the recommended dose is 1ml but the dropper is not marked. I only know what 1ml looks like from giving my baby liquid medicine and it is difficult to get that amount into the dropper in one go so I do two drops.

Bottle does not have 30 servings. Has only about half that amount.
On the bottle it says serving size is 30 drops and the bottle has 30 servings per bottle.I took 30 drops per day but that lasted only 13-14 days. It’s a good product though.

I like this product, it gives me tons of energy in the morning. I like to take the 5hr energy shots. But this product is a natural booster. My kids love it too. My son is always tired, so he takes it in the morning as well. I take it 3x a day. To keep up your energy levels.
