Very quiet!
I have a very finicky little cat so I am rating the unit itself. It was very simple to set up (there is also a video online) and it operates very quietly. I have the light turned off until he get used to it…sometimes cats aren’t happy with change but I have seen him checking it out so there is hope! This unit is working great and looks like it will be easy to clean also. You can’t beat the price…definitely worth a try if you are looking for a water fountain for your small pet!!

UPDATE- seller made the issue right and now I have extra filters and a working motor!Thank you so much!I got this earlier this year for our one cat. It looks great and worked awesome until yesterday when it just broke completely 🙁 Iâm pretty disappointed. While it was a great deal, I liked the style more than a lot of the other more expensive fountains. Wish I knew what was wrong with it to fix it but after a thorough cleaning it still doesnât pump any water. Ugh!

Directions of how to clean the pump are much appreciated as well.Pump makes no noticeable sounds and gives off a gentle glow.Miss Kitty Whispurrs knew exactly what to do with it and drank immediately. Great Cat Water Fountain with a Few Minor Flaws!

FANTASTIC FOUNTAIN Read my TWO updates!!!
I love this cat water fountain. BUT I go away on the weekends and I have automatic cat feeders and I bought this water fountain just for this reason. Last weekend as we were getting ready to leave, I always double check everything. I am so happy I do. I had cleaned this fountain, changed filters, etc. It was working just fine. BUT for whatever reason, it just quit working. We had to stop leaving. I took the fountain apart checked everything, etc. It wouldn’t work. I put a large bowl of water out for my 2 cats and left. When I got home, I again took everything apart on the fountain put it back together and it started working again. NOW, I know to never leave the cats with just this fountain. I will continually leave a large bowl out for them b/c I can’t rely on this fountain to continuously work!!! So, learn from my experience. Don’t rely JUST on the fountain for water for your pets!UPDATE!!!I changed my star to one—I wish I could rate it ZERO!Just last weekend I had rated it 3 b/c (thankfully) before we left for the weekend, the fountain for my cats quit working. I messed around with it and it started working. I clean this fountain as directed and change the filters too.Yesterday when I woke up, the fountain was NOT working AGAIN. Both cats were thirsty. I don’t know when it quit working. But when I went to bed it was working.I pulled it all apart again, used the little brush to see it something was blocking the little tube. I worked on it for over an HOUR and it hasn’t started working. I was irate.I went to return it but, guess what, I had missed the window to return. When I purchased this fountain, I bought a large quantity of filters b/c I knew I had to clean and change filters very often.So I am out the money for the fountain AND all the filters. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. I read where another customer, the same thing happened. I will go back to filling bowls of water daily so I know my furbabies have water whenever they need it.UPDATE #2I am embarrassed to even tell you this. I kept this fountain VERY clean and used dbl filtered water. When it quit working, as I said above, I torn it apart. There was no gunk in it. I had friends over and one husband asked, did you pull the wheel assembly apart? Yes, I did. Did you carefully put it back in? I thought I did. I took in apart again BUT I had to use needle nosed plyers to pull the fan out. I put it back together and it is working like it is brand new. So, if it doesn’t work pull the wheel and put back carefully. Mea culpa!!!

I have 5 cats and 3 fountains around the house. This is by far my favorite. Wish it came with more filters but it’s good nonetheless. The led light is bright so it is easy to see in the dark. The noise level is good in that unless you’re running low on water…you don’t hear it. Cleaning is easy and water capacity allows me about 3 days between changes. I keep a watering can nearby and fill it that way often as it’s even more convenient. Highly recommend!

Estoy totalmente satisfecha con mi compra, cumple perfectamente su función, recibà el producto muy rápido, pensé que al ser de otro paÃs tardarÃa mucho en llegar pero no fue asÃ, de verdad si estás viendo esto y eres de México o de cualquier paÃs de habla hispana te recomiendo esta fuente para tus mascotas, yo estuve buscando opiniones del producto en español pero la verdad no encontré, sólo en inglés, pero mira que estoy muy feliz de haberla pedido. Espero que mi opinión te sirva para comprarla.
