Best fountain yet!
I’ve had 4 fountains now and this one is by far the best quality. It comes with extra filters and a mat for the fountain. The edges of the metal are smoother and won’t cut you like the others will. All the parts are stainless steel for east cleaning the size is larger than other fountains but not too big. It’s quiet when running and my cats love it. The water level shows on the side of the tank and you can turn the blue light on or off to see the level which is super convenient. My cats live their new water fountain.

This thing is GREAT! Better than the plastic model….
Bought this the beginning of October 2024 and it is now January 2, 2025. Cat’s love it. It is completely quiet and extremely easy to clean. No mold or mildew develops on it. I was using the same brand fountain that was white plastic with the little yellow centered flower for a very long time. That one had to be cleaned all the time and would get mold everywhere and took a half hour of cleaning and searching to make sure no mold remained. This one is easy, definitely worth the slightly higher price.

upgraded from a plastic water fountain. this one is soo much easier to take apart and put together. so easy to clean!! the quality is amazing i love it, its kind of fragile but just be careful with it and it’ll be okay. it comes with its own little mat to set under it that’s silicone, i love it. the light on it is very bright and cute! my cat definitely drinks more water with this fountain than the plastic one, i think it keeps the water cold and more fresh than the plastic one honestly but i’ve definitely noticed he’s drank more water with this fountain. when you first put it together it’s kind of loud but after its running for a few hours the sound dies down.

People and cats thrilled with the upgrade
I prefer a fountain to a bowl of water for my cats, and we’ve had many different styles over the years. This combines all my favorite features, and added some new ones. When we moved and lost track of our present one, we ordered this in case it took a while to find it. I’m glad I did. It’s an upgrade!I really like the flower shape on the top, and my cats seem to prefer this kind of gentle flow to drink from. Our older stainless steel one has a pool with a bubbler in the middle, because moving water attracts them. But we can’t tell what the water level is. This one has a gauge on the side. It’s easier to keep it filled and fresh.Once it got settled in , it was SILENT except for the splashing water. Which is the Zen side of cat fountains for the people in the house. I placed it near the cat grass planter. Now it’s always happy hour at their oasis.It should only be place where it gets indirect light, not sunlight, which encourages growth of things we don’t want, like algae and bacteria. We fill from filter pitchers because it’s hard water. This will also extend the life of the fountain’s pump.WARNING: never run it dry. It starts as soon as you plug it in. I filled it halfway, assembled and put the top on, and then plugged it in. The remote on the side is for the blue LED light that lets us see the level, and can be easily turned off at night.Running water draws cats to sinks and bathtubs. It matches their instincts. So having an easy care fountain, with what looks a really good filter system, means this is the best one yet. Our old one still works, and will be set up in the living room, once our move is complete.Cats like to be with us. Having water handy works for everyone’s enjoyment, and togetherness.

We had a name brand water fountain that was loud and gave up after a year. This was a welcome improvement! Its basically silent, minus a tiny trickle, its a nice fountain the cat can drink from either side, its also got a huge reservoir. 10/10, would recommend to anyone with a little friend who needs fresh and flowing water!

This is a great fountain! Setup was very easy, and the flow is perfect! I love the window & light which shows the water level. It runs whisper quiet too. Unfortunately I have to return it as my ridiculously snooty cat won’t drink from it. She will only drink bottled, filtered water and even though I filled this with her pricey water, she still refuses to even try it. I have tried to wean her for several days into this by using the low flow option but she’s still not having it. She wants her old pink bowl. I’d definitely recommend this for anyone with a normal cat.

I purchased this item mid September and the pump stopped working. I’ve cleaned the product more than once and the pump is still not working. Would not recommend this product as it’s unreliable.
