So, like many of you I got this to help with collagen production and reduce fine lines and wrinkles. I did do a lot of research on the benefits of collagen to see if it had potential before buying and found a meta analysis published by the NIH that states “The evidence from the reviewed studies suggested that collagen supplements improve skin moisture, elasticity, and hydration when orally administered. Additionally, collagen reduces the wrinkling and roughness of the skin, and existing studies have not found any side effects of its oral supplements.” To me this indicated there there are benefits to be had and that it is very safe. However, the study also said it took 6-8 weeks to see improvements in skin tone and texture. I have only been using his for about a week so I will have update my review in a month or so. What I can tell you is that it is really easy to use. It has no taste whatsoever and does dissolve completely. In cold water, I have found this can take up to 10 minutes but it is instantaneous in warm water. I don’t see this as an an issue because I add it to my water bottle the night before and pack it in my bag for work. By morning, you would never know that there was anything added. Like I said, it is completely tasteless. The directions say two scoops per day, once a day, so I only have to think about it once, which is nice as well. I’m excited to see to see changes in my skin and will update this review when I do!

Skeptical of Ingredients
The ingredient list is quite long but when you open the package it is pure white. i am skeptical that it has the ingredients it lists in the package vs being pure collagen which is what it looks like it is.

Iâm so happy with my purchase of the multi collagen peptides I have three different types of arthritis. I have ankylosing spondylitis. I have rheumatoid arthritis and psoriatic arthritis and my bones and joints kill me on a daily basis. Itâs very important to me that I ingest GMO free grass, fed pastries all of that organic stuff and this checks off all the boxes and more very excited about the vitamin C and biotin in it. Thereâs also no smell no flavor and you donât even know itâs in your drink. This could easily be added to smoothies or coffee, Iâve not tried it with plain water, but Iâm sure that would be fine as well. I guess you could add it to T I like how it has suggestion of uses on the bag. It also tells you the benefits, but if youâre going to purchase it you already know the amazing benefits of this product is easy to open and Close especially with my arthritis. This item arrived on time. The packaging is great and I would definitely recommend 10 out of 10. I would order from the seller again definitely.
