Easy to take
This additive is easy to add to a beverage, no taste and clear. I use it for thinning hair and skin. I donât know for sure if it works but I feel like I am not getting any worse in hair loss and people tell me I look good for my age. The price is fair, it does last for quite a while.

I probably wouldn’t have bought this if I realized it required 4 Tbs. 4 x’s a day. I started with just 2 Tbs. a day, one in my coffee and one with hot water. It dissolves nicely and has no taste. It’s too early to expect changes but my knees feel better. I will just do the 2 doses per day as long as that works. I haven’t taken a product like this before but want stronger bones as I age.

My holy grail for healthy nails
I love this product and have recommended it to so many people! The most noticeable difference for me has been my nail health. I typically have very weak and peeling nails, but since using this product they have been growing so strong and healthy! No more breakage or hang nails! In a less outright noticeable way, I also feel that my skin and hair look and feel healthier. Iâve used this product for quite a few months at this point and I think it is extremely effective if used consistently.I put this in my daily tea and the powder dissolves immediately and completely into the hot water. I have also had it in cold drinks and though I make sure to stir it more thoroughly, it still dissolves fairly quickly and completely. I usually end up using a mini handheld blender tool for cold liquids to speed up the process and ensure no clumps but itâs not necessary.I have only ever noticed a slight change in taste and texture when I put this into plain water, in which it just seemed a bit thicker in texture and slightly off in taste. But I didnât think it was bad, it kind of reminded me of drinking tap water from somewhere youâre not used to lol. In all other drinks, I have not noticed any change in taste, texture, or smell!

Good quality collagen supplement.
Iâve only been using this product for about a week now so I canât say anything to long-term results yet but I have been taking collagen supplements for a while now and it definitely does what itâs advertised to do. I mix it with my pre-workout and I feel like it gives me an added boost for sure. Iâve also mixed it with just water and it has no taste at all compared to other brands Iâve tried. I have quite a few friends that use this product and say that itâs very effective. It does recommend to take 4TBSP a day which I think is excessive, especially if youâve never taken collagen before. If you take that much then the container would only last you about 13 days. I only take 1TBSP a day right now and I might move to 2TBSP a day once I finish this container. The price would be a bit much for a 13 day supply but itâs worth it if you take less than the recommended amount to give you more servings.
