How did you come up with the idea for this product?
ENERGYbits was started by our Founder, Catharine, who was helping her sister heal with an alkaline, plant-based diet. She discovered Algae, the most alkaline, nutrient-dense plant with properties documented in 100,000 scientific studies.
What makes your product special?
We refer to our algae tablets as “bits” because they are “bits of nutrition” that are raw, keto, vegan, and contain high protein, collagen, chlorophyll, and 40 vitamins. NO caffeine, sugar, soy, carbs, or gluten. Just 100% pure nutrition.
What has been the best part of your experience?
The most exciting part of our experience has been seeing the positive impact that our algae tablets have had on the lives of our customers. The concentrated nutrition in our tablets makes it easier for them to accomplish their goals.
What is Spirulina?
ENERGIZING, NOURISHING, BLUE-GREEN ALGAE. Our spirulina algae (platensis) contains the highest protein in the world (3x steak). It’s also loaded with B Vitamins, essential fatty acids, and 40 micronutrients for mental and physical energy.
What is Chlorella?

How many to take, how and when?
You may only need 2-3 tablets per serving but we recommend 10 tablets daily to feel an improvement in your health or energy. We recommend higher daily amounts (20-40 tablets) if you are an athlete or are correcting a health condition.
How is our algae grown?
Our algae is organically grown IN FRESH WATER(NOT the ocean!), in outdoor farms in Taiwan, using triple-filtered spring mountain water to ensure purity and safety. We’ve been awarded the GMP certification due to our rigorous standards.

Delicious nutritious powerhouse!
Spirulina and chlorella combined in a perfect little tablet , this is the food of the gods here . Decided to swallow a handful and now Iâm chewing them and theyâre actually pretty tasty . Theyâve been helping me focus as I work on the computer today and keep me from feeling hungry too . Perfect green color and smells good too . All of mine came in tact too , unlike another shopper who had all the dust . Will be trying the energy ones next. Highly recommended to anyone who cares about their overall health.

Donât eat 30 of these 2-3 is fine
I donât know what would possess somebody to eat 30 of these in the morning, but I could barely handle three. The directions say one serving size is 30 pills and I think they need to fix that because I think it will be very dangerous for someone to completely consume all of the pack. Other than that, they give me a lot of energy and help me focus. The value for the money is excellent. I think it is rather good quality and I depend on this as part of my vitamin supplement. They are very small and easy to swallow. I wouldnât chew them but if you like fishy than go for it. I am adhd and autistic so it helps a lot. But please start small with the dosage.

I was cautious about trying a spirulina tablet because I had a so-so experience with another brand, but these vitality bits are excellent! After just a few days of consuming 10 tablets per day I am feeling better – like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders (I believe it’s helped reduce systemic inflammation). And they’re easy to swallow. I’m making these a regular part of my diet from now on.
