These really work – for me! I brought this one because of the added spirulina and increased 10,000 iu with K2. As you can see, my lab results back in March was in the low range at 28. I purchased this two weeks after my lab results and when I tested again this month (June) my levels were the highest I’ve ever seen them – amazing 54.8! When I first started taking them, I administered 1 every other day and 5000iu (different brand) on the other days. Then I decided to take the 10,000 iu every day in May (without taking the 5000). So I’d say it took about 1.5 months to achieve my 58.4 results. I think I’ll keep taking one daily until my numbers reach 65. I’ll definitely purchase these again!

WOW!!!! I thought I had RA, and even my doctors have been stumped for almost a year now. I have been diagnosed with osteoarthritis, because I have been living with chronic joint pain all over.
